Terrible experience. 0/10. As a server, this establishment sucks. Took over an hour to get served a salad and over 2 hours for my entire. $77 per person for a chicken sandwich and a 3 hour wait. Would not recommend

We had a large group and the service was great. They accommodated us when we were in a pinch to find a location. The atmosphere is awesome and the food was delicious. It was an entire experience.Vegetarian options: There were options to choose for the vegetarians in our group. They enjoyed their food.
I am not Antonin Carême, but I love good food, creative food, good food from mom and pop eateries in store front grocery stores. You know, good food. I visited Imaginate for the 1st time today, Easter 2024, the 31st of March, for the buffet. I chose the location because it was a central location to my children's homes. But holy cow, was I disappointed in the food, especially for the cost, $49/pp. I have a background in catering and what we received today was what would be served for a Sunday brunch wedding for those on a budget. 99.9% of the baked goods were definitely defrosted from frozen. The fact they use such products isn't the issue. It is the choice in product. The muffins were good, tasted like the ones I buy at Costco. The brownies, well, the One Bite brownies you can buy at Costco are better, to be honest. The croissants were more like rolls. I will stop there.The food was good, but ordinary. Sadly, they chose to use pre-made Ranch dressing instead of making it. The parmesan fries were good, but fries are hard to mess us. The wait staff were absolutely WONDERFUL! But I felt bad for our server having to carry big bulky toys around that are used to serve the French fries in. She also had to carry a huge lantern from the table next to us that was used to present the mac-n-cheese on. The lantern had to be 24in tall and each side 12in across for a skillet that is maybe 6in across. The man at the table next to us looked like he was eating his hamburger out of a trough. Very kitschy. Then my bill came to me in a literal Jack-in-the box. Lmfao! The symbolism was priceless. Surprise, your bill is $236. and some change! So much potential in the space. So much left to be desired in the food.

We went to imaginATE for our friends 20th birthday, and our server was Latoya. I’ve been a waitress for the past 3 years, so I understand how service works in this industry. Immediately walking in, Latoya never introduced herself or greeted us. The only way I know her name is from the receipt. From the get, Latoya was irritated and rude to our table and didn’t even wish our friend a happy birthday. Once we ordered and got our food, the food came out very fast, which was pleasant. HOWEVER, not a single person in the restaurant mentioned to us that there would be a $45 cake cutting fee PER PERSON. Latoya never once cut the cake, let alone even touched it. She set the cake on a side table away from our party, lit the cake, and walked away for the next hour. We had to get up and walk over to the cake, instead of her just setting it onto the table. An hour before, our whole party watched her set a cake on the table and sing for a different party. We received the worst service I have ever experienced and all 9 of us will NEVER be coming back. When we asked about the $45 cake cutting fee when Latoya NEVER touched the cake, and she became rude and demanded that she was the “only manager” in the entire restaurant. She was extremely unprofessional and condescending. I feel terrible for our birthday girl. The food was mid, but the service was insanely terrible. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Never come here.

The wait staff was very polite and friendly. One gentleman fed the parking meter for me. Latoya was very pleasant. Chef Dwayne sat and talked with us . The Walleye was exceptional. On top of that the Chef sent my wife home with a delicious piece of chocolate cake.

The place looks nice at first glance but do not waste your money. For the price this is a complete scam. The service is nice but for that price insanely disappointing. If you can ask for 70 for a steak with no sides you should have to go boxes. Overly priced cookout food with pretty presentation.Follow up to the following day we have food poisoning.

I was taken here for my birthday back in September and completely forgot to write about it. The food was disgusting. We ordered meatballs as an appetizer and they were so tough and dry that we sent that back. Then our food came out very fast.I ordered mac and cheese, Brussels and a crab cake. Crab cake was okay, mac and cheese was filled with oil. I couldn’t even eat the Mac honestly. The Brussels sprouts were the same way, burnt/oily/waaay too much sauce.My boyfriend’s food was slightly better but only because they poured damn near the entire bottle of bbq sauce on his ribs. The only flavor was the bbq sauce.We went into the restaurant with the munchies after a good smoke sesh and it completely ruined the vibe. I would never recommend this restaurant if the same cooks from September are in the kitchen. I dont know what was going on back there.I appreciate the birthday cheesecake that they gave me but that tasted like store bought with random syrup on top. Absolutely hated it.Our waitress was phenomenal. Very nice and polite. Great service, trash food if you care about yourself.
The animals enjoyed the leftovers. Way to overpriced fora limited menu and not good food.

I will definitely tell you the ambience and the atmosphere is very pretty to look at presentation of the food is a 10 out of 10 the quality in the portion size Hass to be at least a two out of 10. My husband surprised me for a four year anniversary with this restaurant he made the reservation a week before and asked to have the table decorated with a card that said happy anniversary and asked to just make it look pretty he also asked for a smaller table that is more intimate and they sent us a table that wasn’t even ready or prepared and when we asked for a manager they told us yes the manager is busy and nobody came out. Then we asked to move her seat to the initial table we wanted and they told us they are really busy and couldn’t seat us. We paid about $200the food was not good. We asked for the steak to be medium well in the steak was over cooked and very chewy the mashed potatoes was drenched in water but they were all right. Mac & cheese was so damn salty and cheesy you couldn’t even swallow it.

We had a wonderful time the ambience is great! Exec Chef Dwayne was a complete joy, very friendly and personable. The staff also rocked. The food was delicious! We had the chicken wings, Mac &cheese. A wonderful house salad with salmon. And of course cocktails the red bottom was on point. We will be returning very soon!
