Don't bother ordering a pickup here, it won't be ready on time. By the time I actually got my order, my lunch was almost over. They gave me the wrong drink. Most of it went in the trash. Won't reheat well so threw it away after lunch along with a drink I did not like. I would really like my money back.

Ordered a #26 giant Chicken bacon ranch on parm bread. Got home and it was a white sub buns instead of what I ordered and the taste didn't sit well with me honestly. I called myself grabbing a bite to eat after getting off my long shift at work and I'm disappointed

Unfortunately, I was unable to order food, though this location is in my neighborhood. I typically love Jersey Mikes, however if I can't patronize because they aren't open at 10:00 am and it's 11:26 am, thats problematic. Particularly when you see workers inside. As I stood at the door, I was totally ignored, until more customers arrived. It was then, that someone came to the door and stated "Unless you have an online order, we can't serve you. We are way behind". To which I responded "I need to place an online order"? and then told " It will still be a while". This is unacceptable!

lol everything was wrong. Had to tell them my sandwich comes w bacon. Forgot my pickles and had to come back in. Only to get to make it my destination and realize they didn’t add mayo (which may have been my fault). The music was so loud neither of us could hear each other! Also, the pop machine was out of ice, I’m one of those weird people who prefer fountain drinks (you can drink people are different ^_^),. Man like literally never again. One girl had her hair net half on which is extra strange bc why do you have all that hair hanging out dealing with peoples food! Finally, for a $12 sub (my order was 20 bc I tipped) why is there literally only one piece of turkey.

Ray-Shawn provided excellent service in the midst of a chaotic uber-eats issue where my order had been completely stolen. It's incredibly unfortunate that the store has to front the cost to remake my order because you have shifty people delivering and uber-eats will not credit the store for the loss.
My order was made perfectly and the food is always wonderful. Thank you for rectifying an issue that was not your fault because someone else is dishonest.

If I could give 0 stars I would...Placed an online order at 11:40 and it said the food would be ready at 12:06...it's now 12:38 and they have not finished making our subs, in fact I think they only made 1 of 5 so far and to top it off they are making subs for people coming in to order...what a joke, I suggest going somewhere else for food if I were you. I will NEVER order from this location again!

I am a huge Jersey Mikes fan and this experience has been terrible. Came in placed an order for a Giant 26. Waited for about 8-10 minutes and noticed ppl were leaving that came in after me. I spoke with the cashier and asked about my order only to find out that they had given it away. I had been sitting in the restaurant waiting the entire time and never heard my name called for my order. I requested a refund and was told that I had to return tomorrow while a manager was here. I never received an apology for my wait or inconvenience for my sandwich being given to someone else. I understand this is a busy location, but customer service from the staff could’ve made the experience better and it only made it worse. Having to come back the next day for a refund is an inconvenience and there should be something done about having to come back, I never even received a receipt for my order.
