Ordered a giant #7 via DoorDash. No where in the description did it say bacon or I wouldn’t have ordered it as I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. Yet, this is the second time I’ve ordered through DoorDash asking for a turkey and provolone sub and receiving it with bacon and mayonnaise which I did not order it with. I won’t eat this. I can’t eat it due to my allergy to mayonnaise. DoorDash won’t refund the whole cost of the sandwich and I’m out the cost of the food and the food itself. MY ADVICE IS FOR THE EMPLOYEES TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHATS ORDERED AND MAKE IT CORRECTLY. If you know anyone that works here, please educate them on the importance of things such as allergies and religions that don’t allow pork consumption ( e.x Judaism, seventh day Adventist, shafardinism) just to name a few. If I had not checked the food prior to biting into it, I would have possibly been in the emergency room. I expect better from Jersey mikes and this is disappointing. I will NOT be ordering from here again.

I literally had to stop going to this location because of the managers attitude. The dark skin girl has such a unwelcoming attitude and demeanor. she has an attitude every time, I am not the last customer you had in here I just wanted to place my order. I’ll just go to Dearborn for now on.

The #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak Sandwich was excellent—flavorful, well-prepared, and satisfying. The service was exceptional, and I appreciated the minimal wait time. Highly recommend!

Called a on a couple different occasions to ask simple questions when having issues with app. The old (assuming based on voice) lady who answers the phone, someone should tell her she does t have to work there, and should get a new job. Point blank, full stop she is bad for any business the way she talks to people. Will go out of my way to order from different location.

Without a doubt. Since they messed up my order when I was pregnant in 2021 they NEVER get my sandwich right. The absolute lack of attention to anything that differs from the menu item is ridiculous. My wife just ordered from here through doordash and they somehow got both of our sandwiches incorrect and on top of the inaccuracies they also absolutely doused her sandwich in mustard when she didn’t ask for it. We are now 4 years from the first horrible experience I had here and every few months I say.. maybe they’ve changed but it is not one singular employee that is doing this, this is the culture of the chain itself. Poor.

The idiot behind the counter was confrontational. Must’ve been having a bad day. Seems he couldn’t hear me very well with an Apple ear bud in, as well as the store music was somewhat loud. We went back and forth taking notes my order. Couldn’t seem to understand what I wanted on the sub. I also told him to forget the order and walk out! I could have went to Jimmy Johns where I might have had a better experience. Definitely won’t be going back. It’s not worth the aggravation. Can’t wait till a Fire House sub comes to the area. Never had a problem there.

I absolutely appreciated the cleanliness and the way they were constantly changing their gloves! Service was friendly and fast! Next time I'm west I'll visit again!!!! Sandwich was great btw!

This is at least the 3rd time I have ordered the portobello mushroom sub and they continually get it wrong and give me a steak sub. I don't eat meat. Staff should be familiar with EVERY item on the menu. The sandwiches are numbered, simply prepare the number. I'll try another location further away. Thanks for the inconvenience.

Not a very professional environment staff was not very helpful and argumentative. They even got upset at condiment request. If they don't want to give any they should just put it where customers can easily obtain. Also did not give the bread i requested. Never going back to this one

Don't bother ordering a pickup here, it won't be ready on time. By the time I actually got my order, my lunch was almost over. They gave me the wrong drink. Most of it went in the trash. Won't reheat well so threw it away after lunch along with a drink I did not like. I would really like my money back.

Ordered a #26 giant Chicken bacon ranch on parm bread. Got home and it was a white sub buns instead of what I ordered and the taste didn't sit well with me honestly. I called myself grabbing a bite to eat after getting off my long shift at work and I'm disappointed
