Dear mike....This place is horrible everytime i go there I order a 56 steak and I specifically say over and over again no peppers whatsoever and they put them on my sandwich anyway I have allergies..... never again

It has been months since I have been in a Jersey Mike's. Well, it's 8° F & the wind chill is in the negative teens so a hot sandwich is called for today.The staff was very welcoming & quick to the point: Was I there for pickup, delivery or eating in? Would've been easier to understand the question if the music were quieter (a common problem). The mellow R&B was nice, though.Ordered my standard Big Kahuna on wheat and about three minutes later was munching on that hot deliciousness.The place was clean from windows to washroom and the staff worked well together. I'll definitely return.Dietary restrictions: What goes in is listed on the board - along with calories, thank you! - so if you need to avoid something it's easily done.Parking: 20 spots in frontKid-friendliness: Kids love a sammich!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room inside but the sidewalk seems a bit narrow.

Great place if you are lactose intolerant, or have to watch your sugar intake. Large selection of all food, but just a tad pricey. But worth it if you want top quality.Parking: Plenty of room. No issues.
I received a Jersey Mike's gift card in October 2023 for my birthday. I have been to two DIFFERENT JM's in MI before Covid shut down. Both times my friends & I could not eat our subs. Now it is December 2023. There is a JM's on Greenfield Road & 9 Mile in Southfield/Oak Park. I decided to use the gift card. Three young ladies were behind the counter. ALL 3 were very NICE. I asked 1 lady what is her favorite & she suggested 2 subs. I went by her suggestion. Got home & sat down to eat my sub & after 3 bites it went in the trash. I think it was #43. I HATE to waste food but if some one gets me a gift card to JM's, I just might get chips & pop. Or if someone suggests JM's I will mention my 3 terrible food experiences. Sorry but true.Parking: Easy parking.
