I had to try it because I heard such good things about it. I understand why. The size of the pizza is bigger than it looks on their wall. It is also worth every cent. I also had their falafel sandwich that I had saved to take the next day for lunch. It was delicious. I can't wait to get another one.
Every visit to Detroit since they opened many years ago has included a visit to Jerusalem Pizza. One of the first really good pizzeria places outside of NY they have set a standard for thick crust pizza that many others have not been able to follow. Have placed multiple orders with Jerusalem Pizza and they've always been ready on time. The pizza is very good especially all the specialty types. We're fortunate to have such a great restaurant right here in the community. Only thing I wish they had some room inside or outside to dine.
