I just love Jet's Pizza. It is my favorite but it's getting a little pricey I got an extra large pizza, bread and a salad and it was $49.00. Too much for me to afford.

Don’t waste your money or time ordering from this store. I placed my order at 6:09pm and it didn’t show up until 8:11pm. Not only was the pizza cold but the jets bread was raw. The gluten free pizza in the order had NO sauce on it. For $50 I shouldn’t have to cook my food after waiting 2 hours for it.

We ordered at 6 o'clock at night, delivery was supposed to be an hour, it didn't show til 815. When we opened the boxes the gluten free pizza was wrong and the jet bread practically raw and all of it was ice cold. We've been burned by this jets before (sent thin crust pretending to be gluten free) and figured it was a fluke. We paid 50 dollars for food we had to cook ourselves, 2 hours after the order. Order somewhere else, trust me

Pepperoni pizza was nasty it was full of sauce you couldn't taste nothing but sauce I would never order for them again they Pizza is so nasty the chicken bacon ranch pizza is a bomb I wouldn't order nothing else from now no more business very poor customer service so please do not order for now pick you another spot

I decided to choose pizza for lunch and it was very disappointing. This location has slices and they were burnt and very hard. Tasted like pizza was old and they warmed it up. If I knew that’s what I would receive I would have just ordered a fresh pizza because it was around same price. I just threw it away and went ahead with my day

I placed a order on line at 8:35 I called back at 9:40 to see what’s going on with the order the lady said “you’re order is on the way” without even asking what I had!! I called back at 10:03 the lady is giving me attitude and then tells me SHE CANCELED MY ORDER!! WHY DIDNT ANYONE CALL ME ?! why didn’t I get verified about my order?!

The manager’s bad attitude and repulsive remarks were the catalyst for a confrontation in which I acted completely out of my character. Online the location offers a $5 off any specialty pizza promo that wasn’t applied when I was as forced to call in. When I explained to the manager that this has happened before and all that was done previously was that the order in store was canceled and I just placed the order online for the same pizza instead he began to speak to me aggressively and when I decided I would take my business to another location he yelled “go ahead, we don’t want you here, don’t come back” while I was already leaving the store just so he could have the last word. This made me angry and I then turned around and exchanged words that were out of my character with him and the staff.
