Your front counter employee Isaiah was very professional and approachable and you could just tell he likes his job he was eager to make my experience good he made me a sandwich I was a little bit of a pain in the ass and he was very patient with me I would just like to say you should make an employee in the month or something you guys were busy and he was just very patient with everybody and helpful and and energy happy

EMPLOYEES ARE CLOSING UP TO 45 MINUTES EARLIER THAN SUPPOSED TO AND REFUSE TO TAKE SERVICE . THIS IS WHY PEOPLE IN YOUR COMMUNITY STAY POOR. TERRIBLE WORK ETHIC.

Friendly fast service. The sub was made as requested with customizations. Unlike some Jimmy John's no tip screen and it prompted for my Rewards number.

The store was absolutely disgusting and in disarray!!! The customer service was unapologetically terrible!! I was given my sandwich in hand and told they don't bag up the customers orders we must do it ourselves. It's safe to say I'll NEVER spend my hard earned money here again smh

They can never seem to make a sandwich correctly - like, once I ordered a turkey sub & they didn’t put any turkey on it - and never seem to have delivery drivers.

This is the worst jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. My son and I brought 3 sandwiches on 6/28 during the evening hours to young guys were working. I brought two veggie subs and my son an Italian sub. I can count how many veggies I had on my sub on one hand including lettuce and tomato. It was basically bread and mayo with a lot of oil on top of the bread. My son bread was hard as a rock with heavy oil on top. I don’t know if the owner is aware that his employees is doing this and if the owner is aware shame on them. I paid $30 just to eat mayo and bread. I will never come back here again. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. It’s just not right how they do their customers!

I needed something easy, quick, and reliable. The guy preparing the sandwiches put on new gloves and then promptly wiped off the dirty prep surface with his hands. He never asked what I would like on the sub. The cashier took more interest in the traffic outside than the customers inside.

Let me start this out with I do not hate Jimmy Johns. I actually really like their subs, it's just this location. I ordered a Vito combo from a rude cashier and then was given the option to tip.(On a side note, why am I tipping to go up order and pick up my own sandwich. That needs to end.)Fast forward from this, I receive my sandwich that looks poorly put together with not 1 or 2 but 3 pieces of salami. The sandwich looked more like two pieces of bread on top of each other. I then grabbed my sandwich and the rude cashier gave me my cup after asking for it. There was no bag given and it seems like they didn't have any. I debated on going back in there and asking them to remake it, but at that point I just think I will never return to this location. Oh not to mention the lids and straws were not even stocked.PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I attempted to order, however, I was informed that "we're open, but we're not taking orders right now". I asked why, and was told that the only person who "knew how to make the sandwiches is on break." He pointed to the patio area, to a person who looked to be smoking a pre-rolled cone of Marijuana. I was taken aback. I explained that this was unacceptable and left. I ate at the Thai place next door and watched them turn away customer after customer.

The guy who made my sandwich had an attitude and he made my sandwich with an attitude. Slammed my bread on the counter and threw the meat on it. Watch the camera. Never again. Jersey Mike's from now on

I eat Jimmy John’s 2-3 times a week. I refuse to come back to this location. The employees are so rude they will not even acknowledge your presence or respond to questions.Food orders are always wrong, floors are surfaces always dirty. Management is not good here.
