Went there to get a sub and the guy just started putting toppings on it without even asking, when they start doing that!!!!?????? Some people are allergic and don’t like all the stuff on their Subs. Come on now Jimmy Johns y’all didn’t use to do that.

The staff was friendly and the food tasted fresh, would have scored them higher except they were out of the un-which and no longer carried a flavor of chips my co-worker asked for and they could have communicated this info in a better interaction.

Go inside, they'll be friendly and quick. Order delivery, seems they've forgotten the 'freaky fast' part of the motto. How is 50 minutes for delivery to a place 5 minutes away freaky fast? Every single time, this place is sloooow with delivery. I go in when I can get out of the office, I order elsewhere unless I'm really hankering for a sandwich when I can't.
