Food was decent but the service was HORRIBLE, younger lady at the front counter was extremely rude when ask what sandwich was regular and basic. Also when asked for some napkins she pointed me in the direction of them instead of grabbing them herself. Counters on tables were dirty as well. I would never eat here or order from here again!!!!

Awful experience. My order was wrong, and when I called to get it fixed I was left on hold for over 12 minutes. When I finally spoke to the night manager, they were rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I was calm and respectful the entire time, just trying to get the mistake corrected. Instead of resolving the issue, the service made it worse. I won’t be returning.

Bad vibe from the second I walked in.. Not getting greeting only to have the lady that makes the food walk up and say, what do you want..Then come the girl working the register, I ask a question, because I didn't know, due to the fact I don't work there and she had a rude reply.. Get the sub and it pretty much all lettuce... I like Jimmy John's and work in that area alot, but with that being said, if I walk in there again and those same 2 are there, I'll leave right away...I'm very big on customer service... Manners and respect go a long way as well..

Location is too cold for comfort-,unable to sit and enjoy meal - unfortunately Manager stated there was nothing she could do about temperature adjustment it was controlled by corporate in California what a joke. If I could rate this location atmosphere a zero I would - it’s sad the employees had to work in that freezing location.

This was the worst Jimmy John sandwich I have ever had, my order was 2 #16, The LuLu. The bread was hard as though it had been sitting there a long time and over cooked. There was hardly no turkey on the sandwich and no mayo, it May as well been a lettuce sandwich. I don't know why I'm wasting my time complaining about this because I know it goes nowhere. I only hope is, it is read by some consumers and they avoid being cheated like I was.

Easy, consistent, and filling. Highly recommend doing your Sammy’s on wheat for extra depth and flavor.
Rude, condescending, disrespectful attitude from manager. She was also disrespectfully talking to staff members as well. Over all terrible attitude. If she were to have any corporate visitors, I’m sure she would be all smiles. Completely disregards your time and attention. Asked for some information and was treated like an inconvenience. Clearly a total lack of professionalism from all manager and staff. You guys should look into hiring more competent people that have the proper attitude to actually do their jobs. The food was actually really good, I just didn’t order a side of disrespect as a paying customer. I also never got a copy of my receipt nor was I asked if I wanted it.

The food was good, and fresh. The cashier Jessica was amazing! She was extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional! An awesome employee. She made suggestions that really helped me choose a great sandwich for my mother. She enjoyed, and loved her lunch very much. Great customer service, and well prepared food! Thank you Jessica!

Ordered a wrap combo. A short hispanic looking guy charged me separately for wrap, chips and drink. I told him three times that I want a COMBO. Then he didn’t give me a cup and said “oh I didn’t hear you saying that”, silently looked at me for a few seconds, and when I told him to refund it and charge me for a combo, he looked at me like ?? and said “just take a cup”. After that he started making sandwiched and gossiping with his coworkers while looking at me. Well, I’m not sorry that I just wanted a sandwich for breakfast and wanted to pay for it an actual price. It was my first time ordering food at Jimmy John’s. I don’t think I’ll ever order from them again.
