Why do they have to close? Korean food can never go wrong for me. It's always one of my favorite food and I miss it a lot. So I was so happy when I visited this place with a friend after an exam. It didn't take me long to figure out what to order because of all the Korean dishes that I love, I have a special place in my heart for Korean Cold Noodle, particularly Spicy Cold Noodle (Bibim Naeng Myeon). In addition, I ordered Haemul Pajeon (Korean seafood pancake). My friend ordered japchae and the beef noodle soup (which I forgot the name of). They came in large portions, but I had no problem finishing my naeng myeon. They always make the perfect summer dish -- cold, chewy, refreshing, spicy, soothing -- though I have them no matter the weather. The seafood pancake was delicious too. It has nice crispy outside, although I do feel they're a tad bit too doughy; I still enjoyed it. The japchae was sweet and savory. Overall I was so happy to finally had my Korean cravings fulfilled. The service was good. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was nice. Overall I enjoyed our dinner. However, on my way out (or in? I forgot), I noticed an announcement posted on the outside of the restaurant that they will close for good soon. I hope that's not true

We only got the dumpling and seafood pancake. They were both delicious, but the seafood pancake was our favorite! Next time we visit detroit, will definitely be back to dine in. They were also very friendly.

The food is amazing no doubt! I tried the soon doo boo and the octopus dol sot and the ddukbokee so far and they were super delicious. Also they give you a lot for the price. The only thing is the servers are kinda slow and unresponsive but everything else is perfect!

I ordered Tteokbokki with Ramen a while back and I can say the food was very good. The restaurant is nicely designed and clean. The staff was also kind.

This place is so freaking good it has ruined us for other Korean places. Favorites are soondubu, galbi, haemul pajeon, and their banchan is BOMB. Their packaging is clean and recyclable which is a big bonus too. Love you guys. Please make the potbingsoo next door available for delivery too! That would be UH-MAZING!

Great Korean food in the metro Detroit area! I tried the seafood pancake, pork and kimchi jigae, pork bibimbap, and LA bulgogi. All were excellent but the pancake stood out more than the others. It was airy but crispy on the outside, and the seafood was tender and tasted fresh. The jigae was actually quite spicy, so I would say beware if you're sensitive to spice. However I thought it was delicious and refreshing. The bibimbap and bulgogi were solid -- good but not exceptional. I would definitely come back!

This place was amazing. The waitress was awesome and the food was excellent. I am new to Korean food but our waitress steered us in the right direction and everything was great. 10/10 will be going back.

Overpriced, sub par food, bad experience! As someone who used to live and work in Korea this place was extremely disappointing. All of the flavor profiles were off, and ingredients were not correct either. For instance I ordered the fried kimchi rice, and it had a bunch of cheese on top of it. All of the flavors were wrong (too sweet, not spicy, bland, etc.), and it just definitely felt whitewashed. Not authentic at all. Plus when I ordered one of the soju's from the menu, it had an option to choose which brand. But they brought me the wrong brand, which I was fine with and just asked if they could change out the soju for the correct brand. I then got an earful from the manager who was telling us that we needed to educate ourselves because this new brand was a sub company of the company that made the other brand, so it's the exact same basically. If she had spoken to us respectfully and just let us know it would have been a different matter. But she was really rude.Definitely don't suggest going there don't suggest going there

One of my favorite restaurants. Food is always good, huge portions and great chill atmosphere. Some of my favorite dishes are the tteokbokki, japchae, kimchi mandu and honey garlic wings.
