Bad customer service. Rude employees. Coffee like water. Dirty inside. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

On Friday afternoon, I had called quite a bit of bakeries trying to find one that could take an order for a bday cake for my neice. After calling around 5 different locations who could not fill my order that was needed the following day, I called Just Baked who was last on my list to call. They informed me that the could get it done by tomorrow afternoon, which was perfect. They saved the day for us!!! Not only was their customer service wonderful, but the cake was absolutely gorgeous. I even purchased some cupcakes as well!!! Just Baked is an awesome one stop shop. I will definitely be back.❤️

Two ladies were awesome! Great place and super clean. The food however was not the best. Bought a bunch of different things and nothing really stood out. Brownie tasted bland, cheese cake tasted like it’s been sitting out all day and the cookies were nothing special. I’d still suggest going in a trying for yourself!

Ordered cupcakes for a corporate event with our company logo. They turned out amazing everyone loved it. The cupcakes looked amazing but tasted even better!! Highly recommend.

The cherry pie was awful. The only flavor was sickly sweet. The crust was stale, soggy, and gross. Not a single element of butter or cherry fruit flavor came through. Also expensive. Cost 12 bucks for a single pie serving + 12oz coffee. You all also had the forced (social pressure) tip prompt for walk up service. Lame.

If the owners read this: Just taste your crumble crust by itself. Not fresh from the bakery, but as the customer actually experiences it. Compare it to any competitors like Traverse City Pie Company. How can you sell this pie at this price?

This visit was a disappointment. I won't be back.

Great gem in Southfield! I didn't realize they had more than cupcakes. Awesome service and wonderful selection of food and desserts. I will definitely be back! The owner is fantastic!

The owner is great, and laughs at the fact that I hate Southfield, but overlook that fact to go to her shop, and get a jar of banana pudding.

I’ve come here a few times with my daughter. I love the food it’s made fresh and it’s always hot. I had the breakfast bagel with egg tomatoe reserves bacon cheese avocado and it was on and everything bagel it was really good the bacon was perfectly crisp. The first time I came the woman at the counter gave my daughter a free pumpkin cheesecake cupcake which we ate later it was sooo good..I also ordered a mocha latte hot. Which was also really good.
Also we came back another time and I ordered the same bagel, I think she forgot the tomatoe reserves this time but it was still good. And I had a pumpkin spice latte hot this time which was really good also.! My daughter (3) was greeting everyone as they walked in and also saying bye love you! A gentleman has said jokingly that they should hire her as a greeter that she made his day he looked so happy I’m glad. So!!! overall good experience nice comfortable chairs to sit on also we dined in both time. I’m sure we will be back again! Wish I had taken pictures both times I went but I was so hungry it didn’t last long the food lol.
Also side note not going to lie this place is expensive as hell. But it still tasted good.

That was working wasn’t personable at at all, Business wasn’t even busy to give her Grace, Didn’t smile or say thank you.

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie with pecans, Cookie was thin tasted like it was made in margarine not soft at all !

Blueberry lemon cupcake was decent to say the least, icing was tasty the cupcake was not fluffy,
It was dense in texture.

The German chocolate brownie was truly trash, you can tell it had sat in the cooler for a long time and had a stale taste.. Worst brownie I ever had in my life.

Food is too expensive to pay for food that isn’t up to standards, or unpleasant customer service..

This store is beautiful, can’t say anything great about the food.

This was my first time experience coming into Just baked. Omg the place was clean, the greetings from the owner, down to the whole staff was amazing. The courtesy of the staff was amazing. We also exchanged business info to support one another. The turkey chili was amazing, seasoned well, tomatoes fresh & was very pleasing. I stayed & chatted about 15 minutes after ordering that's how comfortable they made me. I encourage everyone to go show love & support. Candy Coated Kicks will be returning🥰

I ordered the strawberry shortcake and the chocolate cake. At 6 dollars for a tiny slice I expected a delightful moist piece of cake. The cakes were dry and tasted old. I hoped for a better experience. It was my first time trying this bakery as well. I don’t recommend this bakery and I’m not sure I would return.

WAY too expensive and anything besides black coffee is terrible. Had a chai tea latte and it was the worst I've ever had for $7. A black tea from the fridge is $6.

What a nice bakery! Stopped by on a whim for lunch while staying at the Westin, only a brief walk away. The stacked ham sandwich hit the spot. The bread really “made” the sandwich, it was fresh and complimented the honey Dijon wonderfully. It wasn’t anything mind blowing, but perfect for a quick lunch. I also got the funfetti cookie sandwich, my lord… it’s fantastic. The buttercream frosting is top notch good. I can’t speak to the cupcakes, but I’m sure they are equally as good. Friendly service, modern and clean establishment. If I worked in one of the office buildings near by, I’d be in frequently.
