Great Food, kind & helpful service, nice open concept ambiance. The Koney fries were fresh and delicious! The hot ham & cheese (on Texas Toast) really hit the spot, perfectly cooked.

I just stormed out of the restaurant today because the server who was the same server, I had three weeks ago got into an argument with me claiming she knew what I ordered three weeks prior. I couldn't believe I was being argued with so I asked to speak to a manager. She apologized and I was ready to drop it right there. Until I heard her talking trash about from the other side of the restaurant to all the other servers. Feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, I confronted the staff mentioning my disapproval and decided to leave, expressing my reluctance to dine at a place where servers openly talk negatively about customers while handling their food. I don't know if I've ever been to a restaurant where a server has argued with me about something that happened directly to me weeks prior and then went across the room and talked trash loud enough for me to hear from about 30 feet away. I Will never go back to this place again.

Best breakfast. I always get the all American: Ham, bacon. Sausage, Three eggs over easy, Hash brown potatoes with grilled onions and green peppers. Whole wheat toast and coffee for me.Service is always great ?.

Horrible experience. Took my 4 kids and their mother there for 1st time. We chose to dine in. The waiter the took our order was extremely rude and impatient! Once our food finally arrived there was some hair discovered in my son food. We ask for another dish instead of just leaving. The waiter was very difficult making it seem as if we put the hair in the food ourselves??♂️.. then once we got to the register to pay. They charged us for the food that had the hair in it plus the new meal they brought out to substitute it. I refused to pay for the meal with hair in it. The owner and his sons come out from behind the counter blocking me and my family for leaving the store. They were loud, rude and extremely disrespectful. My kids ages are between 3 and 15 and they didn’t even care, blocking the exit so we couldn’t leave. My children were crying and afraid. All because of hair in our food! I finally forced me and my families way out the door. They took our license plate and sent the police to my residence for food that had hair in it for $5.00. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WAY THEY HANDLED THE ENTIRE SITUATION! I WILL NEVER IN MY ENTIRE EXISTENCE EAT THERE AGAIN OR ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW TO GO THERE. They run the entire business like they are a gang and not catering to the customers.. DONT GO HERE! You’ve been warned! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!??
For the past year or more, I've been getting carryout for myself and my coworkers from here . Consistently, the orders are perfectly accurate, the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is always good.We love Kerby's!
As if there is not a coney at every corner in Michigan i was greeted by a "wait to be seated" sign at the door even though there was only one table of customers in the entire place. I know both servers saw me but I was ignored for 5 minutes b4 telling me I could sit anywhere. If all you are going to do is point then change the sign to sit anywhere. i had a standard bfast with bacon. got 3 little thin skimpy pieces of bacon. is that how u intend to make your profit, on bacon? Once i was seated my service was fine. The rest of the bfast was okay, but i will be stopping a mile down the road from now on. Have to say of all the coneys in MI ALL Kerbys are the worst of any chain. Dirtier, and smaller portions. No wonder its not busy. My whole bill was actually cheaper than most though at $10.85. Still will go elsewhere.
