Annoyed they didn't put cheese on the Famous Bowl i ordered. Literally only ordered 1 thing & they messed the bowl up. They didn’t greet me or say anything when i walked in. It was 2 ppl in there with me. & theres no drive thru. The food was hot. It came out fast but the Chicken bites didn't seem fresh.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at KFC today. All I asked for was a bucket with all legs, and the worker told me it would be an extra $30, which makes absolutely no sense. I’ve ordered all legs before and never had to deal with something this ridiculous. It honestly felt like they were just making up prices on the spot. Charged me for individual chicken legs like when was this a thing.
On top of that, the attitude was terrible. The employee acted annoyed the entire time, rolled their eyes, and talked to me like I was bothering them by simply ordering food. Customer service should at least be respectful, even if they’re having a bad day. Instead, I got sarcasm, rudeness, and zero effort to explain anything properly.
Overall, this visit completely ruined KFC for me. I shouldn’t have to deal with overcharging and disrespect just to get a simple order right. If this is how they treat customers now, I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

The food was horrible and I ordered Mikes hot honey chicken and they didn’t even do that right, smh. I was the only person in the store at that time. The old lady who waited on me was rude also. I won’t be back! My KFC bowl smelled bad and I didn’t finish it! I want to post a picture of it!

I like this location but the older lady manager is so rude for no reason. They didn't have honey BBQ sauce for the saucy nugs or packets of honey BBQ. She was extremely rude and unprofessional about it. I just walked out and went to another KFC. She lost out on a sale. Hope corporate takes notice of mine and other reviews I've seen about her.
