The only thing I enjoyed was the 16 year old named Jaden at the hostess stand when you walk into the restaurant. He also checked us out and was very kind and friendly. The rest of my experience was horrible. The ladies at the buffet line were super slow, and it wasn't even busy. Their attitudes were also not pleasant at all. As much as I would like to support small owned black businesses, I'm also reminded why I don't support them, especially when it comes to food. Plus, the food was horrible, watered down mac and cheese, canned sweet potatoes, and unseasoned catfish.

Of course it's busy on a Sunday after church... and YES! I went to church. Then, I went to Lillie Mae's. It was better than I thought.

The pork chops, mac and cheese and greens was terrible. The foods wasnt season and the pork chops was not cook too good, it was still a little red and I couldnt bite the pork chops. The greens was not season and the mac & cheese was way too milky that it wasnt cook. I do not know what going on but they got young people back there in the back cooking the foods and they need to get this stuff straight. I feel like I wasted my money. The Turkey legs doesnt taste like it used to be. I will not be back at this place ever.

First and Foremost let me say that Lauren was amazing. She explained the menu because this was my first time here. She had great suggestions while I was deciding what to order. My shrimp, wings, potatoes and drink were all delicious. 10/10

The Dressing was absolutely Disgusting It was extremely sour Like it is spoiled Totally dissatisfied and I drove a long ways to get there

OK look the food is excellent but the way you have to get your food is ridiculous we waited so long to get some food this lady passed out and she really just got up and she left. Longest line ever that's the only thing they need to work on. I recommend you order your food online and go pick it up because there's no wait. But the food is great I just won't ever dine in here again.

My first time ordering from here.
Picked up an order that was placed online
I ordered the stuffed Turkey Leg with shrimp and rice there were two shrimp
No fried onions and my sides were missing. My husband got a fried chicken dinner he said the chicken was way too salty. The yams were good and the Mac and cheese was just ok. The turkey leg was good though,both of our meals came to 64 dollars,$12 of which were 2 sides I didn’t get. I’m very disappointed I really wanted to like them but I won’t be back even to get my refund on the missing sides

The wait for food was almost an hour and half that's terrible there system is terrible why should you wait in a line that long the line was like a unemployment line you go up and down 2 times unbelievable just slow

Went here for happy hour and let me just say it was a total vibe. The music was incredible even before the DJ came. Food was wonderful with great portions. Drinks were good. Lauren knows exactly what's she's doing behind the bar. I'll be back soon.
