Extra most bestes was very short on sausage. Italian cheese bread had no oregano or Parmesan cheese. Close the damn if you not going to cook the food right.

The manager of the store was the rudeness person i have ever came across she said she didn’t have to give me her name the food was undercooked and all because I politely ask for some Parmesan cheese.

They seemed understaffed and untrained. I had come to pick up a cheese pizza that my father had ordered 10 minutes earlier. He had warned me ahead of time that he had waited about 15 minutes before receiving any help when it was his turn to order. With that in mind, I wanted to make sure they knew I was there to pick up the pizza. I was the only customer, and I saw only two workers one making pizza and the other boxing and preparing everything else. I tried to get the attention of the girl who was boxing, but she ignored me with her headphones in and her back towards me. I can understand that she was busy and working hard, but despite several attempts to get her attention, she said nothing and continued with her tasks. It wasn’t until I waved at her that she caught an attitude and said, “Can’t you see I’m busy?” I don’t know why she was rude to me, as I was polite. When I first walked in she could’ve at least said, “Give me a minute, and I’ll be right with you,” or something like that, but instead, she chose to ignore me. Two minutes later, she finally came to help me and handed me my pizza. I don’t want to blame the employees themselves, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for decent service. This happened between 3pm-3:30pm 12/20/2024.

I did an online order just because I ordered online they said I could not have extra butter and Parmesan on the pizza , i offered to even pay extra ! That is just horrible customer service no other location does this .

My pizza was not cooked thoroughly. This is the second time I’ve had this repeated experience. The pizza sauce is also unusually runny compared to other little Caesar’s. I had a stomach ache immediately after eating from here. PLEASE AVOID!!

Ordered 2 pizzas 5 hours in advance for a pickup at 5:00. Came in at 5:05 and was told they had no record of the order. Nothing was “hot n ready” and I didn’t have time to wait so had to leave without it. Cashier was pretty rude too. “So what do you want me to do about it” she said.

I called and placed an order at 5:01pm, for two pizzas and a crazy bread…I was given a 20 minute pickup time. Walked in here was greeted by a nice girl with braces and once I gave her my name, she proceeded to look for the order, upon not finding it, she says “it’s not ready yet”… at this point it’s 5:40pm…she informed the nasty attitude girl who’s making the pizza in the back with highlights and a braid, that my order is overdue and she couldn’t find it, the girl was just like oh well we just have to make it over in the most unconcerned manner. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I’d rather go to the hood Little Caesar's than to deal with this type of pitiful customer service! 40 minutes later and my order was never made or given to the wrong customer! No apologies or attempt to make it right, just to make it over!
