I have nothing good to say about this restaurant. I purchased pizza from here last night for my family got home and my children ate damn near the entire pizza before my daughter said the pizza tasted funny and she bring it to me and the entire pizza was moldy. I'm on my way back to get my money right now. Steer clear of this restaurant.

This is one of the better LC pizza stores. Our pizzas are pretty consistent. Corporate has work to do but this location has become our go to.

Absolutely horrible customer serviceThe woman at the front was in the back and then came to the front on her phone before saying anything to myself and even just letting me know she'll be with me in a moment. When she did finally come to the front, she walked to the register and looked at me. No, hello, nothing, just looked. So I said hello, can I have 2 stuff crust pizza, one pepperoni, and the other half cheese and pepperoni. She rang me up and the price I paid didn't match what was displayed so I asked about it. Which said stuff crust pizza $9.49. Well, I got charged 11.99. Which I paid. Now, I'm looking at my receipt. I saw the price.I asked why the difference. She looked at me and went to the back to take to who I guessing was the manager. Which never greeted me when she did come up front. Just went to the register and said, "I don't even know what you ordered."So I repeated what I order pointed to the sign. Her words, well, that's a different type of pizza. I said I ordered 2 stuff crust pizza right.Yeah, but that one says it's extra pepperoni.where did it say that I don't know. So she stops talking, goes in the register and hands me $5, and walks to the back.I will never come back here. I'm writing this review because I have had multiple issues with this location. So hopefully, this will reach someone who can educate this staff on customer service. At no point were I rude or disrespectful, but I definitely felt the negative energy for a correction that needed to be made. So unnecessary .I received my pizza very under done . This is so horrible.Never have to worry about me or the people I know come back to this location.And the fact that this location has so many horrible reviews and nothing is being done. Someone needs to find out who is over this place and the employees so that corrections can be made.

Attempted to place a large order (18 pizzas) for a school party and establishment did not answer phone. As I continued to attempt to call and place my order in between teaching, I began to lose the delivery time I needed that matched my students' lunch hour. I attempted to order online; however, the website is counterintuitive and continued to kick me out. When I FINALLY got someone on the phone, it was 2:00 p.m. and my delivery window was gone. I explained what I needed and was told I had to come in and pay FIRST for an order that large. Why not offer customers the ability to pay over the phone??? I placed a similarly-sized order with Happy's Pizza the day before, was allowed to pay over the phone, AND received the delivery 10 MINUTES before my students' lunch. BACK to Happy's I go. There is no way as a business that I would risk losing an order that large....

Don’t do business with this location. I placed an order on the app at noon on a weekday and payed ahead of time for it only for there to be a cardboard sign on the door saying they weren’t opening until 2pm when I arrived for pick up. I called repeatedly for a refund, went in person for a refund and even called corporate for a refund. Corporate said it was ultimately up to the franchise owner. Never got a refund. They took my money without ever giving me my order.
