just grabbed my daughter and I pizza from here. we got an extra most bestest cheese. In the middle of eating my second slice, i started chewing on something weird. It was this piece of plastic 😑. this is my second time ordering from here. Both times the food was good. 2 stars because nonetheless, this is unacceptable

Store manager is always rude and tries to defend her actions. She speaks as if she doesn’t care about the customer. I explained to her that when she’s not there her employees work hard to satisfy the customers and I mentioned a specific person and she stated he was going to get in trouble for it. I don’t understand why my pizza was incorrectly made but I received backlash for it and when I asked for my refund there was an issue there to the point where I had to tell her I don’t care I just would like my refund. She stated that I was rude and being trespassed . Please remove her the store stands on its own without her.

Kinda unfortunate complaint, my crazy bread was slightly under cooked. Pizza seems fine but the crazy bread being undercooked kind of is inconvenient
You're bound to get sick or food poisoning eating at this location. The first time it happened, I just brushed it to the side until on fight night. The team preparing pizzas wear no gloves, or wash their hands. I had 30 minutes to sit and watch them prepare more than a dozen pizzas while scratching their heads, wiping their nose, rubbing their hands on their pants, and still not washing their hands while continuing to touch and place ingredients for more than a dozen pizzas. Very unsanitary and unacceptable given the fact that most of the time, the people eating the pizzas are children. Management needs to step in and bring this issue up to par. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I could give them a zero I would. Placed an online order, wasn't ready then I had to wait 30 minutes for cold hard puffs and the free pizza was hard as a brick. Terrible 👎🏾
A place an order online using a fundraiser code. I wanted to make a change to the cheese pizza and upgraded to something else so I called after placing the order no one answer. I called several times. By the time I showed up at the restaurant my order was made and I was told I cannot make adjustment.

When I got here it was 9:41 and I was just going to get some crazy bread but when I tried to open the door it was locked. Then I noticed they were already cleaning and then I called the phone looking in the store I was watching them ignore it. I specifically went to this one thinking I would be able to eat because I knew this one WAS supposed to close at 10:00. Very upset. Wasted gas coming here
