Four of us went for dinner 7-7-23 at Little Daddy's. We waited 40 minutes to be served. The server told us of high carry-out orders, staff shortage in the kitchen. We were not told of this before our order. Food was tasteless. The Manager apologized...I will not be back.
I would not send anyone to this restaurant. The server was good. She needed help. As group we had send people food back to cook. They only had one cook. They help for big group. Some said it has been better, but not today.
Went here for Mothers day, usually I eat in but got take out today. My disappointment in my order is my (2) sweet potato fries were burnt. Sad to say the girl flash showed them too me, she knew they was burnt when she packed them up. I didn't say nothing because I had waited so long to pay the mgr rung me up, I was just ready to go! my gyro was OK. People check your orders and if ain't right don't accept it!
On Northwestern hwy in Southfield Michigan. I had a meat lovers omelette with red skin potatos and whole wheat toast. The staff was welcoming and the service was very good. My waitress was Brandy and she is very nice. This is a family restaurant. They have a full menu. The meal was fantastic!
So we came here on Mother’s Day and there were 7 of us. They told us ahead is time that it might be slow because they are very limited in the kitchen.Everything worked out just fine. Didn’t really wait too long and on top of that the waitress was very nice and got our order in before the bigger parties.I respect that for a restaurant saying that. The food was good. Nothing spectacular but all made with taste. Breakfast and sandwiches. The coffee was fresh.I believe they have new owners and wish them luck. Will be back another time. Thank you.
The service is just poor. You can feel the contempt from the waitress as she tosses(!) the menu from 3 feet away. Their salads are good but I don't go as much as I would be cause of the service.
I stopped in for breakfast and wanted to order eggs, hashbrowns, sausage links, wheat toast and coffee. I was informed that they were out of hashbrowns out of sausage links and even out of wheat bread. What kind of restaurant runs out of these items? Needless to say I didn't enjoy my breakfast very much. I ended up with 2 eggs and pancakes. I won't visit this establishment again.
My order was fish and chips the fish was very gummy. One waitress asked how was everything my response was Im not impressed so she just turned away and left. The other server asked me how was the food and she put in another order and fixed the problem the original server never brought me my lemonade afer she asked if i needed a refill. Poor customer service
Kid-friendliness: Sort of
Five friends went for dinner. We ordered two little daddy salads, 4 soups, and a full meal. I used to remember the little daddy salad being very good. This one was just OK we asked for it to be chopped and mixed, and it did not happen. We also only received one small container of dressing per salad that was really not sufficient. I ordered cabbage soup. it was not hot the others at the table also stated that their soups were not hot. In fairness, the manager did come around to the table when we were done and ask how our meal was. We did not say anything but it was to late to correct.
Picked the restaurant on a whim, best decision not being from the area ❤️. I had the Cuban SandwichGrilled Dearborn ham, pulled BBQ pork, Swiss cheese, sweet onions, dill pickles, and LD Mustard Sauce served on grilled Challah bread or a lavash wrap. 10.49 Extra LD Mustard Sauce .89The sandwich was loaded & beyond delicious. The entire staff was friendly & the atmosphere was comfortable, well lit & good for a group of friends or a family.

I just used Little Daddy's to cater an office event for 25 people. I cannot tell you how awesome they were to work with and how incredible their food is!!! We had one small slip hiccup and it was corrected immediately!!! I highly recommend them. HINT: Their Tommy Salad takes Greek salads to a new level! Thanks for everything!
I won't be going back. I have had enough bad experiences since the restaurant reopened post pandemic shutdown that I won't be back. This is the only restaurant I have ever sent food back. This last time, was the final straw, though. I went on a Monday with a friend. We're both over 65. I made a point of asking the server about getting the 20% discount that was available on that day. Sure, no problem. I didn't look closely at my bill until I got home. No Discount. I wasn't able to contact them until 2 days later. Whoever I talked to assured me they would call me back "later". No call back. Discount not honored. And, even though, they now have their cooks all back and cooking the food wasn't very good. Sadly, I won't be returning.
Food was good, waitress was nice very helpful and friendly. The inside was clean. Second time eating here, first time dining in. They sale alcohol beverages shocking for it to be like a diner.
Vegetarian options: I had a veggie omelet.
Kid-friendliness: Open space, booster seats for kids.
Parking: A lot of parking space.
Wheelchair accessibility: Stair also have a ramp. Some in a wheelchair happen to sit next to us with no problem.
I am a lifelong SE Michigander that’s serious about Detroit coney islands. Moving to north Oakland county tends to make you have a taste of home every now and then. I loved Little Daddy’s 10-15 years ago when I lived near Southfield. My favorite items were pastitsio and chili-cheese omelette. I drove from near Clarkston to Southfield to pick up Detroit-style Coney Island breakfast. First, the service was great. I was acknowledged right away when picking up my order. My order was prepared in time and packaged well. The food was another matter. I ordered a spinach feta for my spouse and Mexican omelette for myself, with two sides of Turkey Sausage. The omelettes were very small with no cheese. I had to take the food back home to add cheese to our omelettes. The turkey sausage was brown and serve. Brown and serve! Really?!A 77.00 bill for very lackluster food. I get it is a pandemic, but you cannot sell food like this to the public. I should have looked at the reviews first. I am very disappointed with the food.
Food is better than Ram horn and regular Coney island but the service is very inconsistent. I think because of short staffed, sometimes the kitchen is slow( like an hour wait), sometimes they are quick. If you like sweets, try their cinnabon pancakes. But I heard they change their pancake batter recently and the texture is too sticky/mushy now.
