They butchered my order and then blamed it on door dash. I know what I ordered and paid for. Food was ok but was hard to enjoy because instead of eating 2 corn beef egg rolls with American and Swiss, I had it to just eat it with only american because they added cold slaw inside of the egg roll instead of swiss cheese.

Came in today on oct 2 2025 at 1:47 pm it is now 2:23 pm and I only ordered 2 mini the lady’s at counter was nasty to customers and the cooks had no sense of urgency I will never be back it was like waiting on paint to dry Thank you, thank you, darling
I called and placed an order. The person who answered the phone was rude and nasty. Then she slammed the phone in my ear. I called back and cancelled my order. I cant pay you and support your business when your ignorant workers treat me so badly l. I wont come again and I will spread the word. Whoever the owner is must not care about his business at all. Every customer should be treated with respect.

Can’t go to Lou’s just for him. I don’t live close by, dropped his sandwich to him at work and then drove home. Found out they labeled the sandwiches incorrectly. Lou’s Deli is top notch As they say Lou’s Deli good for the belly. Prices have gone up but that’s everywhere I always get a counterman treat that’s corned beef on an onion roll, Swiss cheese coleslaw and Russian dressing Yummy.
