I ordered the Reuben and my husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak hoagie. We are from the NE and both were “meh.” The Reuben tasted a bit too sweet for my liking as I love the tang of sauerkraut. While the sandwich had a massive amount of meat it just was not that great and lacked flavor compared to what I’ve had back home in PA and in NYC.The cheesesteak hoagie was okay. It did not compare to cheesesteaks in Philly. Bread was not good, there was a good amount of meat, but nothing special. Also, Swiss cheese does not belong on a “Philly cheesesteak.”And they forgot our deviled eggs ?

Never was a big fan of corn beef till I came here. I can honestly say I can eat one of their sandwiches ? twice a week and they are an hour away (I'm from Flint) best sandwich I have had in a long time!!! Most definitely recommend them! While they are high the quality of their meat, bread and ingredients totally makes it worth it!

My recent experience with Lou's Deli was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. After placing an order for a corned beef sandwich, I eagerly awaited my sandwich, only to be met with utter disappointment upon taking the first bite. Not only was the sandwich horrible, but it wasn't even what I had ordered.I live far away from Lou's Deli, I couldn't simply pop back in to have the mistake rectified. However, when I called to inform Sydney of the error and politely requested some form of compensation due to the inconvenience, the response I received was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional.Sydney had the audacity to compare their deli to Footlocker or Macy's, saying that requesting a discount for their error was somehow unwarranted. This response not only lacked empathy but demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I expect a basic level of competence and accountability from any establishment, especially when it comes to something as fundamental as fulfilling an order correctly. Lou's Deli failed miserably in this regard, and their lack of empathy and poor customer service have left a sour taste in my mouth, quite literally.

Ordered a Reuben sandwich but it tasted more like a sauerkraut sandwich because of the tiny amount of corned beef on it and too much dressing, way overpriced for a sauerkraut sandwich, which is not what I ordered.

Update: bought sandwich also for family member. We both got sick a few days later for over a week. Not sure what happened, but always do your due diligence.

First off, there are no bathrooms, even for customers. Out of service. The place is wide open but, at noon on a Wednesday, no one is eating in. Quite a few carry-out orders I found out while waiting almost 10 minutes to get mine. And everything is prepared to go, as well. The patty melt I ordered was fine (½ lb with onions on toasted bread), hot and decent flavor and came with a pickle. For nearly $12 (one of the cheapest things on the menu) though, I'd have done better going around the corner or across the street. I'd have gotten a lot more food for my buck. Can't see returning here.Vegetarian options: There are meatless optionsParking: Shopping center parking lot has a bunch of room.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily navigated as all the tables are fixed to the floor. Wheelchairs will have to block the aisle to use the tables. There are curb cuts, as well.

The Rep Tonia was nice and friendly. Actually, she provided service on several different occasions that I went into the Greenfield location and should be given a raise for such good Customer Service, because it is rare to find great help in this industry. The food was hot and delicious. They have the best Russian dressing on their corned beef sandwiches. Will definitely go back.
