Arrived during business hours. Door locked; tried calling, no answer. Unable to try food

Went to get some x rays in lower level and lady doing check in had llunch sitting there that smelt great. On way out I saw a guy entering elevator with food and he pointed me down the hall. Just a small grill with a few tables, appeared to be 3 family members working, with Mom managing the front end. Sandwich was great and was just a nice experience listening to the communication in the kitchen. Will be back to support them for sure. Looked like many called in orders but my wait in line to order and get food was maybe 10 minutes. Sent me back to old times and was just a good no frill experience

This is a cafeteria in a business building. Went down the elevator and it looks like an office space. We didn't get anything there because it's not really a restaurant.

I work in the building next door and Have been getting breakfast and lunch here often. Always fresh quality food and the most friendly service. The breakfast sandwich's are incredible. Don't know how they charge so little. Do yourself a favor and order from here.

I stopped at Maria's Cafe today, based on previous 5-star reviews and I was pleasantly surprised! Her chili is AMAZING! I also tried the breakfast burrito which received the most positive reviews with ham with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. It was good, but next time I'll omit the mushrooms and ask the cook to grill it a little longer. I thought why waste a trip, so I bought chicken quesadillas for dinner too! I will patronize her business again because the food is decent, reasonably priced and Maria and her staff are all friendly and polite!

My 5 stars is completely based on 2 things. Our food was hot, fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. Cheap is the word I would use, but just to describe the price.. 2nd, it seemed to be a family owned or operated establieshment, mom and daughter, and they were super friendly and efficient. Understand that this is not a restaurant in any sense of the word. The best description I could use it's like a food truck inside an office building. A cafeteria with no searing, band infinitely better food. The pita club sandwich with gyro meat was truly awesome. We both had it and both were fantastic. The fries were way better than the usual restaurant fries. It's inside the Comerica Bank building on the lower level, so you'll have to search for it. Take it out for a picnic or outdoor lunch. There are are couple of small tables, and some tables put away, so maybe in the near future there may be some seating inside. Don't let that stop you if you want great food at a great price to go, give it a try.Features: The whole building is mask only, due to many medical offices inside.

First time trying this place. I was very impressed. Got the garlic chili chicken, and NY style gyro chicken and rice. So much flavor! The chicken was moist. Wish it would have came with some pita or naan. My samosas were on the dry side but the filling was very good.

When I first bookmarked Maria's Cafe, I envisioned a small cozy cafe. Especially because there were only a few reviews and even fewer photos. When I read more closely, I realized it was located inside the Comerica Office Building! Today, we decided, was the day for Maria's! Once we entered the building, it was very easy to find by following the signs to the lower level. Due to Covid, the dining area has no tables; so it is carry out only. We met Maria, who was busy in the kitchen, and then we studied the menus on the wall. Most of the reviews were very complimentary about the Breakfast Burrito. So, naturally, I had to order that, adding bacon, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms; all rolled up and put on the grill to make it toasty and packed with some salsa. My wife decided to try a simple Egg Biscuit that was plain but very tasty! We took everything out to eat in the car for our breakfast date! The Burrito was every bit as good as other reviewers claimed and I would definitely order it again! Tasty, filling, reasonably priced, and ready in a few minutes. I certainly want to also try some of the lunch-menu items as well!

A small cafe, mostly for the building occupants. A simple setup. Nice workers.
