If I could give 0 stars I would ! Today I called in for chili cheese fries with bacon . I came in and seen that fries were just sitting there so I know for a fact they weren’t fresh! The tall white guy with a bald spot in the back of his head came up to me to show me the fries . I touched the fried and they were cold and hard. The guy proceeded to say if you want it fresh don’t call it in and in my opinion why is the fries sitting out anyways ? Why is my fries cold ? So he argued back and forth with me saying the same thing “don’t call it in if you want it fresh” and this just goes to say “he” is not customer friendly! Thank you to the ladies who were very nice , I will never spend my money at this coney again !

I have passed by this Coney Island many times and never stopped.
But I'm so glad I did decide to stop there one day and check it out. Very nice place, good service and the people were friendly. I would definitely go back again.

Food is basic, what Coney Island charges extra for tomato and mayo on a BLT??…overpriced, definitely not a “Detroit style” Coney Island, i’ll go here if I’m running late to work, but definitely not my first choice.

Sat there for 35 minutes and watched 10 people come and order their food and leave before I got my bowl of soup which I didn't get after 35 minutes of waiting.
I understand places are busy but I can't fathom how somebody's sitting there for 30 minutes can't get their food but all these people can come in and order their food and leave with it. They weren't calling orders they were people coming in ordering at the counter and leaving with their food.

I ordered some chili cheese fries and mozzarella cheese sticks yesterday and I been throwing up since then. I don't recommend this place. 😷🤢🤮🤢🤒

I've visted this restaurant 3 times while in the area fast service good food.
