Pulls up sitting in the drive thru for ten minutes, no one said anything at all. I pull out and no one is seen at the register, in the kitchen nowhere! No one was in sight. Ridiculous, so much for fast food!

This morning at 6:30 I came to pick up my order they made be wait 5 min alone just to order to tell me to come inside to pick it up when I’ve never had to do that before just for their door to be locked. Clearly the lady who was taking my order was trying to be petty. Yall need to get it together!!

One of my best experiences at a McDonalds. I stopped by last Saturday night and used drive through. My sandwiches tasted perfect! The meat was cooked right and the buns were soft. The folks that worked there did an awesome job and on top of that they were nice and provided great service. Wish all McDs are like that. Thank you!

Worst McDonalds ever. Manager was rude. Waited thirty minutes before canceling order. Manager wouldn't give me a refund. Workers have no idea what is going on. Lobby full of irritated customers. Garbage establishment.

Pick up a 10 piece nuggets and fries with a double fish sandwich and after about 10 minutes our stomach was hurting and in the restroom cause our stomach was hurting and thats really sad

While Ubering i had a very terrifying experience with the Manager Jeff. Jeff thought it would be an appropriate response to withold the custom orders I came here for after sticking his hand in my face simply because I asked him how long the wait would be for the order. Now I understand they were short staffed but this man became aggressive placing his hand in my face and even went as far as tried to bait me into arguing with him and when that didn't work he claimed he never got an order for the food. When I asked Jeff for the number to corporate he refused to give it to me and directed me to this 313 number taped on the entry door. I called that number left a voicemail it has been a week and i never received a phone call back. I suspect this is a number they placed on the door in efforts to block complaints from reaching corporate so that bad behaviors never get reprimanded. I will never Uber for this place or come here for a meal ever again. To say the least this was a very Frightening, terrorizing and disappointing experience. From one business owner to another this manager will drive your business to the ground if he keeps this up!

Stood at the counter as I have cash and the machines only take card. Not a single worker came up to me or acknowledged me for a full 10 minutes. They made sure to keep looking over and whispering but not once did they ask if I was help or what I needed. Poor costumer service.

This is probably the third review I’ve ever written in my life, but this experience felt worth sharing. I’ll start by saying that at this point, poor customer service at McDonald’s almost feels expected, which is exactly why I usually avoid it altogether. I don’t even eat fast food myself. But on this particular morning my coworkers asked me to grab them breakfast before work so that’s how I ended up here.
When placing my order in the drive thru I asked a simple question… whether a drink came with the meal, since the picture only showed a sandwich & a hash brown. The employee responded with clear attitude, as if I should’ve already known. From that moment on, I found myself apologizing repeatedly just for asking.
Then came the worst part. When I reached what looked like the “pay here” window it was blocked by trash, no one was visible inside & the car ahead of me hadn’t stopped there either. Assuming it was closed I drove forward & suddenly a worker stuck her head out & started screaming, waving her hands & yelling “RIGHT HERE!” I immediately felt humiliated. I apologized over & over explaining I didn’t see her. I even offered to go inside to pay, but she kept yelling that I was “holding up the line.”
At the next window, I handed my card to a different employee &, apologized again. He snatched my card without a single word. Another man behind him shouted “SHE NEED TO PAY SHE OWES $10.67!” They handed me my food & card back in silence, no eye contact, just an angry glare before slamming the window shut…
I understand that fast paced jobs can be stressful & I truly empathize with that. But the way I was treated was beyond rude… it was demeaning. I wasn’t trying to skip paying or cause any issues. I was polite, sincere & apologetic the entire time. What I got in return was hostility, humiliation & zero basic human decency.
I left feeling genuinely embarrassed & disrespected over something that could’ve been handled with simple communication & kindness…. Mistakes happen, but how you treat people in those moments says everything about the kind of service you provide. After this I’ll never return to this location. I’ll be sharing this so others know what kind of behavior to expect.
