Worst mcdonalds in the state, the workers treat everyone terribly, they forget items all the time and lie about not having sauces, then you wait 10 minutes a they take everyone elses order in the other lane, they have no respect for customers so good liuck if you go here

Worst McDonald's in the area. I've been here maybe 10 times because it's close to work. 7 out of the 10 times I get the wrong order. Need to fix issues with wrong orders

This McDonalds trip was not a great experience. The drive thru worker was very rude when I asked about the $5 meal deal. I guess it had been cancelled at their location for the time being but she was very rude and condescending when I inquired about it. Not a huge deal just kind of like dang someone really doesn’t like their job. Food was mid. Fries were cold. Burgers were sloppily put together. This was my first time going to this location because I just started working in the area. I wasn’t super impressed but I will give it another shot at some point as it is very close to my job.

Placed an order on the mobile app. I ordered a bacon McDouble with no onions. When I received my order the sandwich had onions and mayonnaise on there. I went back. They provided another sandwich. Once again, mayo with onions. We back and they got the order wrong AGAIN. I can’t make this up!!!!

Worst McDonald's Experience I've ever had. In the drive thru window they asked if I was using the app or not and when I said yes they didn't ask for the order number and just left me waiting there confused for atleast 10-15 minutes before I got fed up with it and went to the window. As soon as I started to go towards the window they immediately took the order of the person behind me and told me at the window they couldn't give me any food because they didn't take my order number, even though I had already ordered and paid atleast 10-15 minutes ago. It felt like I was just getting ignored on purpose and the only word I had said to them was yes to answer their question so it was clear they knew I was there at the very least. Truly a ridiculous experience and I'll never be back to this McDonalds.

The slowest McDonald’s with no order or flow. I waited in drive thru line at the order station for 15 minutes as they took one order at a time in the opposite lane until that person got their food…and there were 2 cars that went head of me in the other lane although i had been waiting in my lane for several cars prior to me. Needs new management. Pay these people and then they might start coming to work.

I recently visited the McDonald's drive-thru, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant.

Upon arriving, I expected a quick and efficient service, as the classic McDonald's reputation suggests. Strangely, there were no cars in line ahead of me, and I thought this would lead to a swift order process. However, after pulling up to the ordering speaker, I was met with utter silence. I waited patiently, hoping someone would acknowledge my presence and take my order—yet it felt like I was talking to a wall.

Minutes went by, and it became incredibly frustrating. I could see the staff inside, but they seemed oblivious to the fact that I was waiting outside. I honked gently a couple of times, thinking perhaps they hadn’t heard me, but still nothing.

After waiting a significantly long time with no progress, I decided enough was enough and drove away. I ended up going to Taco Bell instead, where I was greeted promptly and got my food in no time.

Overall, I was incredibly let down by my experience at McDonald's. It was disheartening to see a well-known brand fail to live up to its promise of fast service, especially when I was the only customer at the drive-thru. I hope they can address these service issues; otherwise, I may have to rethink my fast-food choices in the future.

Very slow. Tell you to pull forward and wait 15 min. While other people take their order from the window and leave. Next time I’m not pulling forward and I ll wait on the window to pick my food
