This McDonald’s is a showcase in wasted space, most of the staff don’t even attempt to work.

Update 12/25: I know it's McDonalds but Jesus christ this is crazy, company needs to just replace the staff here with A.I.

Quality is just completely non-existent, you've gotta be a real piece of work to throw whatever this is together, look at it, wrap it up, put it in a bag, and sell it. Will never return to this location and advise others to do the same.

Consistently the WORST McDonalds I have EVER been to.

Ordered the Grinch meal and only gave us the boxes and fry bag. No Grinch socks or Grinch socks. Asked if they sold out why are they still marketing the promotion if you don’t have everything and gave me bs answers. Staff is full of kids who can’t even do the bare minimum

This location is usually fast, but they also usually forget one item so check your bags before you leave. The sandwiches are usually fresh, but they could change the fries a little more often. Overall, I choose here 90% of the time out of the two close locations I have to chose from.

I had the crispy chicken sandwich combo and the food was old and burnt! I took two bites and noticed how hard and old the chicken was. Fries were old and soggy. Staff is rude . The worst McDonald location ever. On top of they cost a little more than average McDonald’s.

Food was good and served timely. However, the drinks were incorrect and they forgot to give the condiments as requested. Not a major issue but it did cause an inconvenience to go back to request the correct items.

9/27/25 Why would I come inside after placing a drive thru order, for condiments because you're too lazy to go back and get what i asked for? When I received my food via lobby window, I asked for jam via the same window and was told to come inside because the worker didn't want to walk from the lobby window back to behind the counter and bring the jam back to the lobby window.

They treat dashers like we don’t exist
And never properly close dasher bags
I get into with a different associate every time I come here . Every single young female employed at this location has the POOREST people skills I’ve ever seen..

For the fourth time, my order was wrong today. They gave me the wrong items again this morning. I knew it was going to be wrong when my order didn’t pop up on the screen after I ordered and the worker told me to just pull around. When I got to the window to pay, she was missing items that I had to tell her to add. When I got to pickup, the order was still wrong and she gave me a different bag. Once I got home, my order was completely wrong. The worker gave me the wrong bag. I understand that they were busy, but this is ridiculous. This was $16 wasted along with my time and gas. Just about every time that I go here, my order is wrong or the workers have bad attitudes. This was my last chance and I won’t be returning to this location.
