National Coney Island

Good food, but I had to order my food at the register. I would have liked a waitress come to my table!

Food was not done meat wasn’t cooked all the way and hot dogs are horrible

My husband and I went here after leaving Berkley Coney Island due to them getting our order wrong TWICE. the atmosphere was instantly better. There was nice music, it was bright, and the hostess was very polite. They got our order quick and correct. I love how small they cut the tomatoes on the buffalo Hani as well

Classic diner, great Hani from which all other wraps are based. Finally have real silverware again. Pleasant staff.

Destiny, Ashley and Dave were amazing all around, restaurant was clean, all customers looked happy and comfortable and I was amongst them.

My pregnant diabetic sister asked for a lettuce wrap and all the line cook was doing was talking bad about how it's a waste of lettuce. And continued talking bad about her, after the kind cashier hinted to him we were right there. He said I don't care and continued on. Completely rude and unacceptable. Will not be returning.

Absolutely ridiculous the cook was sitting there talking about how my diabetic, pregnant wife wanted a lettuce wrap knowing we were sitting right there. The kind lady at the register even told him we were sitting there to try and hunt towards him to stop, instead he said “ oh I know “. Not ok at all, and will not be returning.

Best location I've ever visited.
Great store layout and very professional staff. Wish the location by my house was this one!

If you want to be treated like your patronage is appreciated, stay away from this place.

Been going to National since I was about 7/8 & I still love it! The best cheese in the world! Hands down !!

Nice coney to grab a bite. Gotta order before you sit down.

My receipt is dated 1/16/25 at 12:36 pm. Bought 4 dogs; 2 for me. The hotdogs had no snap, it was hard and crunchy! I pulled the dog out and it was split down the middle and burnt. They had the soft side up. Disgusting!!! What a great representation of Detroit. Never again!

Customer service stink‼️. Paid $13 for a sandwich with one patty and when I ask them if they could cut the sandwich in half she had an attitude. Then, the sandwich only had meat on one side of the sandwich. You want meat to be on both sides of the sandwich. That’s what you paid for. When I told her she said don’t come in any more.
And she’s the manager 😭

Maybe 🤔 I should go to White Castle’s same sandwich is only $2.75.
