Specifically the NUWAVE CHICKEN AND FISH on West 8 Mile Road and Lahser They fried my chicken in old grease. The food was awful, but the customer service was almost worse. I guess they think they can serve anything to folks and by the time the customer gets to their destination and discover the food is nasty the customer will just chalk it up to a loss. If you don't want to get sick with a sour stomach or just have money to throw away, pass this place by.
Love this place!!! The food is always fresh and hot! Service is speedy and the cashier and cooks are always so nice! When the girl cooks she makes sure her music is on and her food is good like a home cooked meal on thanksgiving! The homemade sauces!!! Chef's kiss!!! I would recommend over and over!

Why would you give me tilapia that has to be old and been sitting. Its was inedible. Literally crumbled in my hands. Sad, that I spent my money there. Can't return. Too much of a health risk.

The staff stared me down as I approached the counter and didn’t give me my full order. As I left they didnt say anything. They claimed I didn’t take all my food. Sorry, when some one treats me rudely, and doesn’t look me in the eye as they hand me my food, as I walk away doesn’t say “sir, you forgot the rest”. Zero stars. Food sucked and won’t visit again.

I ordered a pound of chicken gizzards they did not feel like a pound to me so I got home and weight it on my weed scale sure enough it was only 6.3 Oz they don't give you a whole pound they rip you off and my scale is a pound scale.
