The food was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly. The manager handled a problem I had with patience and a positive attitude, turning the situation completely around. By the end of my visit I felt truly appreciative of her kindness, and it made the entire experience memorable.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at the Outback in Southfield a few months ago, and itâs the reason I havenât been back since. While dining in with my brother, I witnessed a manager blatantly glance down at a serverâs chest before looking back up at her and telling her to button up one more when she was already dressed appropriately. He did not say anything to her prior, not a hi or how are you doing today or anything. The whole interaction gave off creepy vibes, and it made me uncomfortable just watching it happen. I asked someone what his name was and they told me it was Riko. If this is how management treats their employees, I canât imagine how they handle other situations. Definitely not a place Iâd want to support again.

Itâs very disgusting the bar server took my drunk friends 100 dollars as a tip after I told her she was drunk and on disability! I fought it as best as I can!
