I had a really uncomfortable experience at the Outback in Southfield a few months ago, and it’s the reason I haven’t been back since. While dining in with my brother, I witnessed a manager blatantly glance down at a server’s chest before looking back up at her and telling her to button up one more when she was already dressed appropriately. He did not say anything to her prior, not a hi or how are you doing today or anything. The whole interaction gave off creepy vibes, and it made me uncomfortable just watching it happen. I asked someone what his name was and they told me it was Riko. If this is how management treats their employees, I can’t imagine how they handle other situations. Definitely not a place I’d want to support again.

My mom and I had a great time at Outback! We had Tony for a server and he was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Will be back for him!!
Me and my boyfriend went yesterday just to grab some lunch . And Tony I have to say is one of the best waiters , everything was good , the service was excellent, great attitude. Made my day seeing him happy doing what he do . Great job Tony and thank you for your service . And he made me the perfect Strawberry Lemonade. THANKS FRIEND ❤️

I had the best experience today. My buddy and I came here for lunch we met a wonderful waitress named Tiana she was absolutely fabulous professional the food was good the conversations were nice you could tell that the whole staff has been trained well. We met the manager, Rico who is determined to raise the bar! They are concerned with providing Excellence for their customers

Parking: Come after the lunchtime rush and you can get a prime parking spot in front.
