I have not been to an outback steakhouse in a while and I will not be returning any time soon. The blooming onion was overcooked and cooked in old oil leading to a burnt, horrible tasting lump of oil. We could not order half of the drinks on the menu because some machine was broken. The steak I ordered was cooked perfectly, unfortunately the coconut shrimp was over cooked in the same fryer with the old oil leaving a bad taste in my mouth. The server was working an 8 table section and was behind all night, and it showed. We did not get silverware or side plates for the appetizers and had to ask a different staff member for napkins and silverware. We came in to celebrate a birthday and notified the server at the start of the meal. At the end of the meal, when you are normally offered a desert menu, we got the check dropped on the table instead.I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will not be returning or ordering take out from this neglected restaurant ever again.

Seated, server comes over to table and passive aggressively says "oh y'all ain't doing this to me" and walks off. 4 other tables were seated after me all and we're of a different ethnicity. Server took the orders of all other tables while continuing to walk on past, no eye contact nothing. 20 minutes later another person comes up asks if I had been helped and I said "No". He took my order. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Racial Profiling!

I wish I would have taken a pic of the food before I ate some and threw the rest away. The broccoli was good, the fries were cold and soggy, and the ribs were cold, chewy and flavorless. The people who took my order were the most pleasant and personable employees I've encountered in a while, bringing the food to me in a timely manner. The only glaring problem was the low grade dog food they had to bring out.

I waited over 45 minutes in my car for curbside takeaway for soup. Just soup. They didn't have to cook anything and made me with that long.

Horrible curbside service. Took so long for my order that I went inside to get a refund and drove straight to Nikola's. I haven't been to Outback in years and now I remember why???

The service was horrible from the moment we walked in. The host took us to our table and said not one word to us. We did not receive our complimentary bread until being seated for 30 minutes. We had no utensils to cut it. The server said he’d go get us some and apparently forgot. Another server brought us our salads ten minutes later and i asked her if she please get us utensils. She did. My steak was dry and cooked well done after i asked for medium-well. And lastly some guest came in got seated and the host and server started arguing. He said he wasnt taking anymore tables. She said she had to seat them, he told her to serve them then. This was so unprofessional and embarrassing. The guest just stood there not knowing what to say or do. I will starve before I ever come back to this establishment.
