He made my day such a blessing so much that he doesn't even know. I hope this message gets to him. Just being kind is not always something I get going through a drive through along with my order. While it gets very busy during lunch (like any Panera in a business location) David and Chris did a phenomenal job maintaining composure, moving fast, and managing customers orders. Both certainly deserve recognition for handling the lunch rush with such composure (at least externally 🙂)

The Telegraph Southfield messed up my order. When I called back, I was directed to Nelson, the manager. I can’t tell how he apologized and made up for that mess up! He treated us with so much respect and said “ I got you “. Nelson , I wish there were more managers like you. Panera, PROMOTE HIM !!
