I will never give this place my business again. I've been trying for almost two weeks to get a refund for food I never got. On Saturday, Sept 27, I placed an online order for a small pizza and wings. They called and told me they were out of wings, so I said I would cancel the wings and get the pizza only. The pizza took way longer than I was quoted, but that's another issue. The person working could not provide a receipt but said I would be refunded.

I was charged for the wings anyway, $11.99 plus tax ($26.84 total for the order). I waited a few days for the refund to show in my account. When it didn't, I called the store. Fast forward a week, and I've called the store several times, provided my order number, asked to speak to the manager, filled out the online feedback form, etc. I was told they would pass my message on to the manager, who would be in touch. I still haven't heard from anyone. Then when I called again, I was told the manager said I was already refunded. This is not true, and I have the bank statement and original order receipt to prove it.

This has been truly awful customer service. It's not about the money, it's about the fact that I basically paid $26 for a mediocre small pizza. I will NEVER go here again, and I urge you to give your business to more honorable companies. Papa Romano's owes me $11.99 plus tax, and they've lost a customer.

Under new ownership...staff doesn't know how to prepare the food properly.. N o manager available.. I've been coming to this location for over 15 years. Today will be the last.. Get it together..Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Jets

I will NEVER order from this location again. I placed an online order went to pick my order up at the scheduled time they provided on the email and my order wasn't ready. I sat and waited for over an hour for my food. There were several people who came inside and grabbed their food only to return the food and request a refund. There were 3 young kids working the young lady advised that they had run out of things. I guess to try to appease for the delay and items they no longer had they gave way more chicken than I order however it wasn't cooked properly. The bambino pizza that I ordered was clearly cold I had requested butter and Parmesan when I placed my online order to which the girl working there added to a cold pizza. Do yourself a favor and go down to the 12 mile and Evergreen location!!!

Hands down one of the best combo spots in town!
Papa Romano’s & Mr. Pita never disappoints. Whether I’m craving classic pizza, fresh salads, subs, or Mediterranean flavors like a pita wrap, they always deliver great taste and quick service. The place is clean, staff is friendly, and they’re always ready to take care of you. I love that they offer both carry-out and delivery, which makes it super convenient. If you’re in the area and want a reliable and tasty meal, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
