Staff try to tell you how you should make your food then they last say you can't do this and can't do that can your parents for this fear because you tell him what you want and then they going to try to tell you what they going to give you and after several visits they say your business is not the staff is very disrespectful how they talk to you can you go in there one day and order something that's one price then you go back again it's another price and then when you ask for what you want on your pizza that you can see that they didn't put what they charge you and then they get all upset and that nasty well I don't care about coming there no way like I đsaid it's a thousand pizza places in Michigan and I can make a pizza better than they can so so be it then they get nasty about how you want

Terrible customer service. Called in my pickup order up and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes.15 minutes later I arrive and I am told that it will be ready in a few minutes. I wait for another 5 minutes then I ask when it will be ready again because I am in a hurry, I also overheard someone say "put the bread sticks in the oven". They respond 6 minutes. At this point I ask for a refund. It takes them another few minutes for to get the computer ready and when the lady finally gets the refund printed up she gave me a generally poor attitude saying while saying"You'll get it in 4-5 days". Don't waste your time here dealing with terrible customer service.

Just called twice and tried to put in an order⊠first time I called to place an order for delivery I was asked if im doing pick up or delivery I said delivery and then the women proceeded to say oh its closed and hung up on me, I called a second time and a man answered he said pick up or delivery? I said delivery he said oh itâs showing your number is showing up for the location in Livonia⊠I stated I was getting delivery from Southfield location!! Which is the location I called and had on the phone, Then they hung up on me.. not sure why they feel the need to play games tonight. Website says they are open until 1 am.. Iâm just hungry I didnât ask to play childish games.

The pizza was nasty unlike the one in livonia. And it was 12 dollars more I only stop there cause it was on my way home. And didn't want to drive to my regular one in livonia. Betcha next time I will burn that extra gas.
Ordered online and paid online asked for a tip. Went to pick it up and was asked to fill out a receipt for a tip and was passed the POS machine to select a tip at the same time. Something fishy going on.

It sucks that I wanted a big dinner box and got a bid disaster box! I donât want to tear them down bc of this experience Iâm just disappointed bc usually Pizza Hut is all good! Nevertheless thankful that the order was made correctly it just wasnât made good! Looks like someone sampled some things and my box was massaged down on my cheese bread so opening the box just was awful! Theyâre my local spot so I wonât abandon them completely hoping this was just one bad time.
