Bought a large seafood pizza no seasoning just bland. Cook perfect just no taste plain that’s not right.

The employees are rude and don't care about the customer. The restaurant is dark and dirty. The sign in the window says "no public restrooms, so don't ask". This is an incredibly rude sign to have at place of business, a complete turn off. I would not recommend giving your money to this company as they have lost the ability to provide high quality customer service and food. Pizza Papalis was good, not anymore.

I am highly disappointed in my food. I ordered a small all shrimp deep dish pizza and got a thin crust. The pieces were cut extremely small, looks like a personal pizza.The shrimp smell fishy so I can't eat it. I drove 45 min to get this NEVER AGAIN!! BACK TO UNO I GO!!

My wife and I ordered a medium seafood deep dish, not good, it had a bitter taste and the shrimp had a strong fishy taste and I kept biting tiny pieces of something crunchy, it wasn't the crust. We won't be going back, for now on we'll order from the Rivertown location where I used to work.

I had a wonderful experience.. I miss pizza papalous in Greek Town... Tammy is a very sweet person.. I enjoyed my encounter with her as a cashier/supervisor/receptionist she do EVERYTHING!!

Pizza Papalis is still great after all these years. I’m a Detroit Girl in a Georgia world. I was visiting Detroit and wanted hometown food. The seafood pizza is one of my all time favorites! Full of seafood, deep dish and saucy! I add jalopeno for the perfect kick! It’s a carry out place so you order at the counter and wait. They did bring the food to the table and the employees were very nice. The wings and other pizzas looked delicious and several people ate in. You must visit and enjoy one of the best pizza spots in town!

I usually go the one downtown on my annual visit but was short on time this year so went to Southfield for an order I placed online. The so called manager refused to give me my order because it was placed in my wife’s name and she was not with me (she was at the hotel 20 minutes away). I suggested she refund my wife’s card and I could pay with mine, she said she could do that but could not provide a receipt that the original charge was reversed. She was extremely rude and argumentative and actually told me I could order from somewhere else if I didn’t like it. After a 10 hour drive to Michigan and looking forward to my favorite pizza, being treated like that was quite disappointing. I will likely continue eating at the downtown location, but never again here! I wonder if the owners know how their so called manager talks to and treats customers. The pizza was also sub standard but tasted ok. Not the deep and cheesy pizza they usually serve at the downtown location.

I ordered a ultimate pepperoni but it was more bread than anything and they cooked it too long cuz it burnt on the crust and I ordered12 piece wings They were pretty good. I will order that again but next time I will just order the thin crust meat eater what I usually get. I was just trying something different. The Philly cheesesteak tasted like hamburger, not steak and looked it.

I haven't been to Chicago but I do love pizza and their deep dish meat lovers is a special occasion. It's loaded with cheese and a good quantity of toppings, as you would hope for their high prices. I also like their breadsticks.

Website and menu clearly says the close at 9. I called at 8:20 and was told they were done taking orders for the evening. No calls in or walks in after 8. If that’s the case then you close at 8 not 9. Poor customer service.
