this is my second time coming to this location, the first time i got the roast beef sandwich and it was chewy i could not finish it also got the cup of loaded baked potato soup that soup was good. This time i ordered the Mediterranean chicken sandwich it was missing the artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and cucumbers, just like the feta those ingredients should have already been included on the sandwich plus whatever else i wanted the sandwich was not complete along with 4 pieces of chicken i was not satisfied with this and i wont be coming back to this location i will rather spend my money somewhere else where they actually complete the order like its no reason its 3 of y'all and y'all cant make a sandwich correct i see y'all here every Sunday come on now.

It was my worst Potbelly experience to date. The food was slightly cold. Went to get my drink from the fountain and it shot all over me. This happened and then the only associate in the building walked over, saying nothing to us, and put missing spouts on the fountain drink dispenser. No apology. Watched the whole thing go down and did nothing. Won't be back.

Did not make sandwiches correctly and added ingredients that we did not ask for include jalapeños and onions on a blta and pickles on a wrap which were terrible.

Waited almost 35 minutes for an app based order.

Strains the lunch schedule a bit when j could've been through the line 3 times before I got my lunch.

Sandwich could be made better

The food is good but half way through I got kind of grossed out by the person who made my sandwich cleaning her nose by the trash can. Also hard to find a seat in an almost empty restaurant when none of the tables are wiped off. This place used to be great. Probably the last time I come to this location. Where is the manager?

Please have your staff start checking the lettuce before they make the salad.
It was rusty colored, and slimy to the touch. And I’m unable to go back to get it fixed, as I only have 30 minutes between meetings. And I didn’t notice because the young lady who made it put it into a bag and I didn’t look, because normally I have never had an issue here.
But the whole small salad could not be consumed.
I’m only giving service 5* because who ever was in charge during Lunch on 6/23 was helping a new hire remake my shake when she was back on the floor, and she took the time to help him. The other stuff just looked at the new kid when he requested for help and they just told him what to do. That manager is honestly helpful when teaching new hires, which is amazing to see.

Did an online order. Was greeted immediately when entering to pickup. Bathroom and restaurant clean. Staff friendly and order was quickly made correctly!

Came in and was not allowed to order, was told that the restaurant is only accepting online orders with no reason as to why, my colleague went in not much later and he was allowed to order.

The service we received at noon on a weekday was excellent. From the initial order to the checkout, each staff member was pleasant and attentive. The sandwiches were above average for a Potbelly, and the order was executed perfectly. This particular location has one of the better dining areas, light and bright, with windows on two sides. Previous visits to this Potbelly were not nearly as good, but any deficiencies appear to have been addressed.

I got an order made for my job. The sandwiches weren’t labeled so we had to look inside the sandwiches to see which ones were which. Hard to tell with different ingredients. Hopefully nobody has allergies.😬

I got lunch around noon, and the staff had locked the doors in the middle of the lunch rush and stopped taking orders. Customers were yelled at for opening the door to knocking customers outside, even if they were picking up online orders. They were out of bacon, tuna, all 4 of the signature lemonades, ice cream and shakes, and telling customers to deal with refunds on their own through the app instead of handling it themselves. Avoid if you can, definitely not the typical experience you would have at most Potbelly's locations.
