I stopped in today and ordered a sandwich and cookie. The two young men working were awesome!!!! I would like to especially acknowledge DeShawn who rung up my order. He was very pleasurable, mannerable and truly service with a smile!! A rarity in these days

I don't typically leave negative reviews. I love leaving positive reviews. The food tasted good, as usual, but why give the option to put a note on the order if it is to be ignored? In all caps I added HOT PEPPERS ON THE SIDE PLEASE! It clearly shows on my receipt. It's just aggravating to get back to work to find the order is wrong. I don't have time to run back to have it redone on my lunch hour

First time ever having Potbelly and I am very satisfied! I had the Avo Turkey and my husband had the Wreck and we both absolutely loved what we go. The two fellows working were polite and kind, quick and accurate.

Lazy employees. Lazy manager. Dirty store. Poor food prep & delivery. Lazy & crabby - not a good combo for business. Good luck store owner!

DoorDashed an online order today. My order was a soup/sandwich combo. Now, I am fully understanding when something is out of stock. However, a bag of chips is NOT an acceptable substitute for the soup - it's not even the same category, not to mention something I've paid 2x as much as I would for the chips. It's an online order, you have my number - you could easily call me to see what I wanted to do. Not just throw in a bag of chips without at least asking what kind or if I even want them.

P.S. My order was around 2pm, so not even during lunch rush.

I love Potbelly and eat there all the time. But today I didn’t feel treated equally. I had a mobile order that I went to pick up and they were very busy so the order took way longer than expected. There were quite a few other people waiting for their food as well that also took a long time. One lady got upset and just left. The others once called for their food were given a coupon for something free on their next visit for the inconvenience. I’m not the type to speak on racism however I felt just that. The 5 people who got called before me for their food who also waited a long time and was given a courtesy coupon were Caucasian. When I got called for my food. I wasn’t upset. I understood they were busy but I didn’t get a coupon for my inconvenience. Not that it mattered but I expected to be treated equally. And immediately I thought “ was it because I was a black woman”. I’m not calling anyone racist that works there. However it hurts and I felt really bad that I wasn’t offered the same courtesy as the others. I pray no one else have to experience that and feel how I felt. It’s a horrible feeling.

Food was excellent but customer service was terrible. It is not my fault that people do not want to work in the mornings. I do not appreciate rude customer service but still want my money. I suggest to Potbelly management that they encourage polite customer service or they will be in risk of losing maintaining customers and future customers. Will not be coming back to this establishment not because of food quality but because of people skills. Management I hope you see this.

This is my second time going into a potbelly this week and they didn’t have Mac and cheese. The first time was the location on orchard lake. I didn’t end up ordering anything. The second time was at this location and they waited to tell me after my sandwich was already done. They said they didn’t have any…they did they just did have it prepared. They also have children behind the counter. It’s unprofessional and the workers don’t want to be there.

The people are pleasant and quick. The place is clean & easily navigated. A few booths and a nice mix of low-top and high-top tables. I like the specialized table tops, too.
Selected the "Pick Your Pair" with a skinny/small Mediterranean sandwich on wheat & an apple walnut salad. Tons of grapes, apples, walnuts and chicken on that salad. Would prefer my salad without meat, however. Already had meat on the sandwich.
Two suggestions: One, lower the music volume. It makes it difficult to hear the staff's questions. Two, ask if the customer wants the sandwich cut, especially with the smaller ones. Makes for a messy meal with all the stuffing falling out.

Vegetarian options: They even have a vegetarian wheat bread available.

Parking: Typical shopping center lot, plenty of spaces

Kid-friendliness: Kids love sammiches!

Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth concrete floor inside, double doors, small threshold. Drink machine might be a bit of a reach.
There is only one curb cut, at the other end of the plaza.

The service I got was terrible here. I have never had a bad experience up until today. I felt rushed and obviously was an inconvenience to the young woman making the sandwich. I wasn't asked if I wanted anything additional on my sandwhich and even when I tried to speak up was ignored. Honestly should have just walked out. Hopefully this was a one time experience.

I’ve been going to this specific location for years because I work less than 5 minutes away. The fauna are always pretty good but the service is consistently slow. Today, I had the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from Potbelly. An Italian sub with maybe 3 slices of meat, absolutely LOADED with condiments and topping so you couldn’t taste anything but lettuce and mayo ?

I ordered a BLT sub and they gave it to the wrong guest, while standing in line, I watch that guest dig through the sandwich before bringing it back to the girls behind the counter. When the girl handing the subs out asked the prep girl where my sub was, she said that she had already given it to her and since the other customer brought it back minutes before, it was sitting on the table behind them. They both walked over to it while it was opened it to verify that it was a BLT sub then tried to give it to me. That’s so gross.
