I ordered an online takeout. Not to get into a long story. The service I received when I arrived was NOT professional. Then, to top it off once I got home, my order wasn't even correct.

Gordon Ramsay would be disappointed. Food was microwaved the chicken pa4m was thick the sauce was sugary not acidic. The chili was cold because it was microwaved. The waitress microwaved it so hot that I burned my tongue on the obviously not prepared fresh daily chili. Standards are low and the giant sign of the best pizza is a farce. The menu is too large and the beer scene is totally dead. Looks like the only thing possibly keep them afloat. Avoid at all cost. I can make better at home.

Where do I begin? I was excited to come here as family members are returning home so we came as a farewell date. The place is nice for a somewhat of a neighborhood spot. I hated the food. The pizza (spinach, feta, and tomato) was not tasty at all. The sauce was too sweet for me, of course I got a large (leftovers for lunch the next day) threw it out. The service was slow and it wasn't crowded. My sister in law suggested this spot but I think they only get wings and drinks This must be a good place for the regulars.

Of the shields locations this one is 100% mid and one of the most questionable in terms of service, food, and general quality. Waitstaff barely check back on drinks or anything, hand you the food put on the table, and on top of that, they have an automatic gratuity they apply for parties of 4 or more that they apply to parties of 3. Good location, but médiocre in every other way.
