I'm a loyal customer here and really want to keep supporting this location, but the customer service has been slipping. It’s not just the wait times—I’ve been left standing inside without acknowledgment while drive-thru orders are prioritized, and the one staff member on shift often seems burned out and disengaged. Last week I was in there for 25min before someone came out from the back! There’s very little effort put into the customer experience. Smoothie quality is also inconsistent—sometimes watery, and I question whether the supplements I’m paying for are always included. I understand staffing is hard right now, but regulars notice when the care isn’t there. I hope things turn around—I’d love to see this place back to the level it used to be.
P.S. I do fill out the smoothie feedback surveys, all the time regardless if its good or bad; I even check the box that says Reach Out To Me but I have never been contacted.

If you think you are eating healthy here, you are NOT. Not real fruit. Everything is powder filled with artificial flavors. If you think you are eating healthy here, you are NOT. Go somewhere where you can see the ingredients they are putting in your shake. I cannot even support a place with foam cups. They are the worse type of material for you and the environment

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Bradly who listened to me andade suggestions on healthy options for me since I am dealing with sugar intake issues he recommended options that tasted great and NO SUGAR !!!! I TRULY APPRECIATE BRADLY THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!! That's great customer service !!!!
Cool clean atmosphere. No rush when looking at the menu (It’s a lot of options!) and the helpful associate even better explained the flavors so I could choose the best option. Plus this is the only place that you can get a 44oz meal replacement shake.🫨 w

I have been going to this location for less than a year and u had to stop since the employees have very nasty attitudes like you have done something to them. It’s sickening how much I have supported this location and I workout and also live in the area so this would make it convenient for me, however I have to travel to 13 mile (a better location) 15 minutes out for better service and without the nonsense every time I pull up

When I walked into the store I was instantly greeted by staff! Everyone's customer service was great! I ordered the 32oz Caribbean Way and it tasted great! I definitely recommend trying this place out!
