I gave the food 3 stars because the soup is REALLY GOOD. I had the sweet potato soup and I was licking the bowl. I also ordered the turkey burger and it was HORRIBLE. I can't believe they gave it to me like that. It was a old frozen patty, that's what it tasted like. OVER COOKED, no flavor. The "sauce" on it was too funny. It was a silver dollar size of sauce or may on it, REALLY. I was so disappointed. They are in the middle of a remodel, so you had to knock on the door, I stood in the freezing cold for like 10 minutes to knock before someone came to the door and that was after I called to ask them where the door was. So they were expecting someone. Would I go back, maybe, but only for the soup.

Very unusual experience. Whoever answered the phone recommended the gumbo, which I got. Absolutely exquisite! No veg in it that were obvious to the naked eye, though, which is strange- sire tasted like celery and peppers etc. ? Lot of fooling around with ordering, but perhaps they are doing a remodel or something.

I loveeeeee SoupDive! I do wish their hours were a little more set in stone but the food is so good!I’ve picked up my food, and done ubereats and doordash. I’d recommend picking up your food because the hours are pretty weird.I love their salmon croquettes with dive sauce, and their salmon chowder!

I'm sorry. I hate to leave a "so, so" review. I live out of town. I ordered delivery for a surprise for my mom who had a cold. Thinking this place would be perfect. She wished for chicken noodle soup, the bonus was pound cake. The soup is a very basic soup. You would think very available! Nooo chicken noodle soup and NO POUND CAKE! My poor UberEats driver called to inform me my items were not available. I feel if anyone has a menu that says chicken noodle soup and pound cake, they should always have it. It's a staple. Come on...chicken noodle soup and pound cake. I know you make it all the time, just make sure you have it all the time! She did get some other soups because the UberEats guys called me to figure it all out. He gets 5 stars! Those soups were okay.

Tried soupdive and it was okay. I don't feel like it's somewhere I have to have again but also not something I would be completely opposed to if someone else suggested it. The restaurant was clean the stay friendly, I waited longer than I thought I would for a small container of soup. But I have no complaints about the wait or the food itself. It was just okay. I had the kale and black bean soup without rice and the corn bread. It's worth a try if you like soup, they have a larger variety of soups than most restaurants.
