I love coming to this Starbucks location! Everyone I have connected with here is very kind. The service is very quick inside and in the drive through. I was very impressed during my last visit because the baristas gave me a fun little drawing on my mug which made my entire day. Thank you!

Girl with red hair and piercings has the worst attitude does not need to be working with people. Asked questions only because it’s not my job to just know Starbucks menu she had nothing to say it’s like prying answers. So I asked for a refund cause no not spending my hard earned dollars on attitude having workings

The lady on drive thru was extremely rude never in life as a customer have I been treated like that she really does not need to work with the public and the manager needs to be fired for having her on drive thru. Looking at the reviews I see this is not the first time this has happened and obviously nothing has been done so that tells me the company doesn't care. Will not be back

Rudest customer service every single time, i feel so uncomfortable walking into this establishment, go to any other location. I have to wait past pickup time, Workers act like im an inconvenience, and ignore me the entire time while giving dirty looks.

The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The service was subpar. I was given the wrong beverage and returned and there was no apology for the error. Otherwise, i walked away thinking I may not return to patronize Starbucks if there are alternatives in the area.

Had an issue with mobile order and everything was taken care of - thanks to Terrence.
Learned store cannot credit your account if you cancel and order was placed through the Mobile app. Need do call Customer Care 1-800-782-7282 which they took care of immediately.
Give lots of credit to Terrence in being calm when dealing with the public. Great qualities in building his career as dealing with the public is not easy.

The people on the night shift have the worst attitudes I’ve seen. The morning crew is okay, but I’m done coming here after being glared at for not knowing when they close.

Has to be by far the rudest group of people I’ve ever ran into, morning crew is typically fine but the night crew has to have some of the worst attitudes I’ve ran into, nothing is more helpful than being stared down because you are ignorant about the closing hours. I won’t ever come here again.

30 minutes for 5 cars in the drive thru is a bit long to wait.
Drive through was beyond slow! They were literally taking one car at a time! Waited 25 minutes for a drink I had placed on the app! Ridiculous!

I ordered a Strawberry açaí Lemonade that tasted weird. I have ordered over 100 Strawberry Açaí Lemonade’s and worked at Starbucks for 3 years in college. The drink wasn’t shaken and tasted bitter. They got an attitude when I said it didn’t taste good. Maybe make the drinks like you’re supposed to and shake them. Won’t be coming back here.
