I just placed a online order that said it would be done at 9:06 am and it’s now 9:26 and my order is not ready the manager never helped me when I informed her she just ignored me . The barista was nice and said they could give me a refund but it would take a minute fortunately some of us do not want to spend 40 minutes standing inside Starbucks I won’t be back to Starbucks .

They are a family up there you they hold you accountable and want you to be good they actually ask about and if you actually care enough to get to know them they will feel like you’ve known them forever

If you want something don’t be scared to communicate people still do that you know

They are clean, respectful, and kind

I can tell you I’ve known some of them since I was just a kid anyone of them are welcome over anytime

I've never had better service from a Starbucks, I'm not even exaggerating. (And I've dated a few sbux baristas!!) Nette was incredibly friendly and personable, even going the extra mile to write a compliment on the cup. She did a fantastic job of making my wait time feel like nothing (a good trick for any drive-thru!) while walking me through my drink order, and she was so patient and pleasant with me. I actually cried a little bit in the drive-thru, because I really needed a pick-me-up and I don't usually try new locations (I have ~anxiety~) but this was fantastic service, and I will definitely be trying this location again in the future. Thank you, Nette!!

The manager has no care for her job. You can tell it trickles down to all employees. Makes terrible drinks and gets an attitude when I ask them to remake. The manager needs to be fired!!

A few weeks ago I was at this location. I get same drink everyday of the week. I get the brown sugar shaken espresso usually, you can the brown sugar syrup at the bottom. It was a slither of brown at the bottom when I asked for it remade they said I need to be ordering extra pumps but at every other location I’ve been to I’ve never had to add extra and have seen way more syrup than what was in there. I come a week later to the syrup at the bottom looking old and spoiled. It had the light brown oil look to it. I took one sip and threw it away it was absolutely disgusting. This location is beyond disgusting and disappointing.

It's still hard to get a simple cup of coffee with cream and sugar.
I've tried many times at different Starbucks.
Usually, order double cream double sugar, and they still don't get it.

Beyond dissatisfied. The employees are very kind but have no proper training in food and drink preparation. It's very clean, but the drinks are sometimes bad. The drinks are not made properly and taste bitter, watered down and they love to give you full cups of ice. I love Starbucks, but will not be returning to this location. This review was posted after 3 bad experiences. I tried to get my drink fixed this last time asked for light ice.. recieved a cup half full of ice. Like, 50% of the cup was filled with ice. My Horchata Expresso was reduced to a plain unsweetened iced coffee with extra ice and shot of milk to describe the taste. Have a great day and may you get amazing coffee ,tea or matches.
