I want to give some feedback to make this place better.
I'm a daily customer here, I intended to buy a few glasses, but look, they are covered with a thick layer of dust.
I asked the staff, but she just said sorry.
The next day I came back and checked again, but everything was still the same.
I hope the store manager will read this and clean the glass shelves, I will rate 3* and if things change I will edit this review! sincerely!

Just left here ordered 3 things , a drink, sandwich and coffee cake. They decided to give me a banana nut muffin WARMED instead so they knew it wasn’t coffee cake warmed it and still gave it to me .

Friendly service, but the last few visits, my lattes and Americanos taste like water. Not worth the money.

Went to Starbucks gave them my order. There were three people working.. there were no other customers waiting for their beverages, but there were some cars in the drive up line. I said you guys I’m in a hurry. I got my drink. I waited and said it again. The tea was just sitting there and the woman said have the day you deserve. I guess they’re having a problem finding employees. The 2 guys were not rude.

The women on staff on August 31 were patient and efficient in the face of the usual indecisiveness among clients and a giant queue of caffeine deprived guests. You were all awesome!

Slow and not consistent. It use to be my favorite one but they got lazy. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order to be made. I watched the Asian girl with a mask make an order and skipped the cup with my name on it. I was literally the only person left waiting for my order. The people that work here are so slow and do not have any good customer skills. I will not be returning here any more. I shouldn’t have to tell anyone to make a mobile order. If that’s the case I should’ve just went through the drive thru. They were not even busy.
