Very lazy service. Staff will walk past you waiting for someone to take your order. Staff will not speak and they are very slow with making your drink orders.

They’re only good sometimes. No consistency with their drinks. Half the time they’re good, the other half it’s watered down and I swear they don’t add the extra shots of espresso that I pay extra for. Highly disappointed when this happens. Every visit is a gamble. Might as well stop going here, as the prices are high and I’m not satisfied every visit. Whatever. They don’t care anyways...

I always order with the app for convenience and I tend to go to a lot of different stores depending on where I am but this Starbucks at Northwestern and Franklin is by far the best. I swear, everyone working here deserves a raise because it’s such a friendly environment every time I go in there. I like to say hello and thank you whenever I walk into any Starbucks because I’m genuinely grateful for the drinks they make me, but a lot of stores don’t acknowledge me even when I try to say thank you in passing which I can fully understand, I’m just another customer, but I seem to always be welcomed by everyone in this store when I go in. They don’t just say hello, they’re often very genuine and talkative, it makes my day every time. Thank you so much to everyone at this store!! Seriously, give them all raise! Maybe it’s good management but they’re doing something right at this Starbucks.

One of the worst stories in southeast Michigan.They sell breakfast sandwiches without paper wrap and the atmosphere is very ?, it seems like the employees needs to be educated, very low class.They deserve zero star for all categories.

Service and staff are always good, lines go relatively quickly. Ambiance inside the cafe is like any other Starbucks. My complaint is that the drinks are always a horrible ratio of creamer and coffee. There is way to much creamer. Cold brew doesn't taste like any cold brew I've had from a Starbucks. They do forget things if you customize drinks. Unfortunately the kind staff don't make up for the poorly made drinks.

Pineapples don’t grow on trees

Maybe I don’t go to Starbucks enough but is it common practice to not have the sugar packets out ? Why do I have to go to the counter and wait for someone to ask for sugar??
