I went to the Starbucks location and didn’t know what I wanted because a seasonal item is out of season. Ted was a great help and helping me find a great drink during the off-season! I was also able to get a chance to try to jalapeño chicken pocket with the Truff hot sauce And I’m not a huge of truff But the flavors pair amazingly. Almost definitely try this again and I almost definitely come back to this location!

Terribly slow service at the drive-thru window, totally unacceptable. So many people just driving past because they see the slow line, I should have been one of them

***Very Poor Service*** The lack of customer service that was displayed today by both the barista at the register and one of the managers was unacceptable! The barista suggested I order a specific coffee, then the manager who made the coffee didn't give me what I asked for. In addition they treat me as if I was wrong for bringing it back for them to correct it. They even ignored me in front of other customers when I asked them do I need to pay again for their mistakes. I ordered a blonde roast and was given old dark roast which I poured out as soon as I tasted it; I kept the cup hence I wasn't given a receipt.

I typically enjoy Starbucks, and this location usually gets my drink right, but today is just unacceptable! I ordered the the brown sugar oat milk shaking espresso, but I really just paid nearly $10 for a cup of ice!! It's never okay to sell a cup of ice for $10 they need to do better and what's more I asked for light ice because I know how they do!!

While I won't say I'll never go back again, because I will I really enjoy the drinks when they make them the right way, I will say that I will be more diligent in making sure my drink has light ice.

Starbucks!! you make enough money, you don't have to sell cups of ice for $10!!!!

While I’m generally grateful for the service I get at this location-today’s experience was very poor. I sat for 5 minutes in front of the speaker to even place my order, then another 5+ minutes at the window to pay and get my coffee-which was sitting ready to go on the counter for several minutes before they opened the window. When I got to my office I discovered the top 3 inches of the cup were all foam, not coffee.
Don’t go to this location today if you’re expecting good service and a good drink.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item the other day. The manager, Dontae, was so nice in helping me and teaching his staff member how to recognize what I was trying to order and correct it in the system. I really appreciated their patience with me.

It was also nice to see a Manager take a seriousness to cleanliness of their store.

Service is terrible..truly bias towards African American men....slow for serving while waiting for Uber. Over 15min waiting. No apology! Rude obviously! Not even ashamed of the poor service.. I'm a customer..I don't know who raising these kids,no mannerism at this location unless I'm a certain type customer!

your employees need to go back to the first grade of primary school to learn how to count. How do your employees get 21-6 = 14? It's a shame not to know this
