I haven't had any Starbucks since 2019. I visited this location a few weeks ago to grab an old favorite and I've been there almost every other day. The employees are always in good spirits full of smiles and know how to greet you. Some mornings are tougher than others. To have someone brighten your day with a great attitude and your favorite drink is a winning combination. Great job.

Dale actually went out of his way to not advocate for my husband who has disabilities. About a week ago I called in and placed a pick up and it went perfectly fine as my husband has a stutter/speech impediment and talking in public places basically makes it so nothing even comes out. I call as normal for him as he’s in the parking lot and idk who DALE is but the new management went out of his way to tell me no I could not place the order on the phone as he walks in when all he wanted was a grande iced chai tea latte.

This Starbucks is the WORST. And it's been this way for the past year. Every time I come to this location the Barista does not listen to me and gets my order wrong. There's always a ridiculously long line of cars and you'll be waiting for over 15/20 minutes. I can no longer come to this location, which sucks because it's around the corner from my job.

Bah Humbug is the atmosphere at this Starbucks! The lady taking the orders (wearing the elf headband) has a ”don’t talk to me” face on and the red haired lady (the manager) heating the sandwiches has the WORST attitude. I watched her prep and place sandwiches for customers to pick up-she places them aggressively on the counter (nearly throwing them) with a gross face plastered on. You’re in the service business-if you can’t provide hospitality-find another job. It’s not the customer’s fault you are having a bad day! Cheer up Starbucks…

Absolutely not . The amount of time it takes to make orders is insane honestly. I ordered online, drove 20 mins and still had to wait. I’m pissed. And of course they never see the “LIGHT or NO” ice.

I went to the Starbucks location and didn’t know what I wanted because a seasonal item is out of season. Ted was a great help and helping me find a great drink during the off-season! I was also able to get a chance to try to jalapeño chicken pocket with the Truff hot sauce And I’m not a huge of truff But the flavors pair amazingly. Almost definitely try this again and I almost definitely come back to this location!
