So today about five minutes ago, I walked in the subway to order some soup. The young lady looked at me and said this is my last customer. I’m going on break…… I asked if she was the only one working and she said yes wow it’s so unprofessional I will not be patronizing this business anymore and I’m going to promote that no one else does business or order food from here because every time I come up here it’s so difficult for me to get broccoli and cheddar soup I mean ridiculous so therefore, I will not patronize this. BUSINESS and I will make sure that my family and friends will not patronize this business.

I placed an order on the app and they ended up closing the store early. He wouldn’t open the door. He just said we’re closed. basically I guess I have to contact SUBWAY® to get a refund even though on Google maps it shows open to 10 PM. I definitely won’t be ordering online again at this store. They need to update true store hours

Closed early on 09-04-24. Was here more than an hour before closing and they're closed.

My hubby and I just left this subway 10 mile and Southfield location, we came in waited for a min, no one came to the front. So we just went to Jersey Mikes.

I will not be going back there again!!! Horrible customer service. The young guys were so busy looking at the women that they couldn't get my order right.Sub was by far the WORST THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I WILL NO LONGER REFER ANYONE TO THIS SUBWAY.PLEASE GET SOME ENGLISH SPEAKING HELP. I FOUND OUT THAT ONE WORKER COULDN'T SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH LET ALONE UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING.I WILL NOT BE VISITING YOUR LOCATION AGAIN. I love this location but ordering my food was a bad experience this time. Staff couldn't understand English messed my sub up and got a attitude with me. I don't understand how company have people serving customers they can't understand is crazy.
