Zero star restaurant... Subway should pull the franchise from these ones. Poor customer service all the way around. Second time I have walked in there with 0 to 1 person and the staff doesn't even acknowledge u until they are ready. Last time I stayed because I was placing an order for my aunt. Walked in tonight the owner or his family memeber....female did not speak, proceeded to make several online sandwiches while I waited as if I was invisible. Asked for a steak sub... young worker started heating the meat when I was told that the bread that I wanted was not in stock. I could have kept the order with one of the two breads that they had available but because your attitude was so nasty you can eat that shhh. Zero star everytime!!! I should have known. It was empty on a Friday night

Stay away from this subway I am. It sure if it’s the bread or the meat but it’s old this the second time I bought something from the subway that gave me an upset stomach throwing up within minutes after eating it. I had sent my stare to grab me some subway on her way home forgot to tell her not to go there. This place is just not how it used to be before.

They don’t cover their meat or vegetables. I found a bug in my food. I went in to confront them about it, I could not get a refund or my sandwich remade because of how unsanitary they are and the amount of bugs flying around the stations are crazy. She offered me 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips and cookies but i declined to the cookies as i didn’t trust them. That restaurant is very dirty. The worker said she was new but there was no way they would leave a new worker by them selves. there was a guy who had a green shirt on (pretty sure he was the manager) just sitting in the front on his phone and did not care about anything I was saying. This place needs to be shut down immediately. And I’m pregnant. I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone I know. Don’t buy from here or you will find bugs inside of your food.

I placed an order thru their app and it was fulfilled by this store, tell me why the manager refused to remake my sandwiches or refund me when the delivery driver took off with my food. DoorDash resubmitted the order and they acted like they didn't receive it and refused to remake it and i left with no money or food. An actual thief. I hope your store gets treated with the same energy. I hope God runs your business into the ground.

They purposely make online orders wrong. I've been here plenty of times and have no issues. Whenever I make an online order at this location, it is always screwed up completely. This is the third time they've ruined my online pick-up order, when the directions are simple.

We bought 3 footlong sandwiches. Asked for them to be toasted barely warm. They tried to make all 3 at once, got 1 wrong. Had to remake. It wasn't crowded.

Lady was nice but I ordered a 12 inch flat bread she rolled it which was cool but she only put two slices of cheese so while she was making it i thought it was a six inch. I think the chicken was a double portion but It had the amount of toppings of a 6 inch on 12 inch bread. She didn't get what I was saying so I left it alone. Both times I've been here the didn't hear it long enough.
