I wanted to share my disappointment regarding my recent order placed at 6:00 PM and picked up at 6:25 PM. Unfortunately, the food was cold upon pickup, and the wings, fries, and bread did not seem fresh.

When I called to express my concerns, I was offered the option to return the meal for a replacement. While I appreciate the gesture, this solution was not practical given my schedule. Considering the order totaled nearly $60, I believe a more appropriate resolution would have been a replacement meal for a future date or a partial refund/discount.

I value your restaurant and hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience. Please let me know if there is an alternative way to address this issue.

I recently visited Sweetwater express and was really impressed! The wings were seasoned perfectly — tons of flavor with just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming. You can tell they put real care into their sauces and rubs.
And the mac & cheese! So good. Creamy, cheesy, and the perfect comfort side to go with the wings.
Overall, great food and great flavor. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
