I pulled in drive-thru with no response from any workers while at speaker for 6 minutes. I figured it may be broken so I drive around to the window only to be very rudely addressed by the window cashier even after I told her well I waited so long l thought the speaker may not be working and they still told to go back around to order. Needless to say I drove off. Roughly a 43 dollar order I wanted to place but with workers like that how can I spend money there??

This was the 1st time the food was Horrible. So much grasecthe shella were soggy, meat clumped together... it was about 2 am so no real choices, but OMGOSH was it gross.

9 out of 10 times the service is horrible. Getting welcomed at the drive thru with 'yah what do you want' or not being greeted at all as they refuse to continue serving or allowing you to order because of shift change and if you say anything you are responded to with yelling and rudeness. Often times driving off after more than 10 minutes of silence.Food is good but if you don't double check your order at the window you will be missing a lot of items

Ordering food inside at a fast-food restaurant should not be a complicated process, especially at nearly 2 p.m.When I walked in, there were only a few customers and they already had their food so I was the only one at the counter, staff included.After standing there for nearly 5 minutes, the person working the drive-thru finally noticed me then asked, very quietly, if I'd already ordered. I stated I had not. She told me I had to use the kiosks behind me to order. Why the bloody heck are there two registers at the counter if they aren't going to be used?So I took two steps to the kiosks, placed my order - which requires electronic or plastic payments only (so much for paying with cash) - and turned around and waited for my name to be called.At least they got my order correct.Parking: Only about 5 spaces on just one side of the building. Obviously, drive-thru the overwhelming choice here.

Order number 636fa2, 12/18/23 Drive through.The food was horrible, barely any meat! My Nacho Bell Grande was so soggy, nasty, couldn't even eat it. HORRIBLE SERVICE.!!!!!! This is the third time at this location, every-time has been NASTY!!Do not come to this location, because the workers don't like their jobs, and have no INTEGRITY to Taco Bell quality. Find another location that actually cares about the food, the service, the quality, and the presentation. Never going here again!!

Poor customer services skills when you order your food he act like he can't even hear you order your food then when pulled up he acted like he didn't want to be their yesterday over all my food was hot and fresh tho just need more motivated people to work they jobs and not get and attitude at times especially when putting our food together ?

First of all as I reached into the bag , what a mess sauce packages covered in sauce, broken open, ordered two hard taco supreme and one soft taco supreme, between all three just enough meat to maybe fill one. “ where’s the beef right” . Very disappointed and had to stop again to get something else to eat.
