This location is awesome. I'm here 2-3 times a week during lunch and the food is always fast, hot, well distributed and portioned, and the staff is always friendly. A1 location I basically won't go to any other Taco bell in the area because this one is consistently great.

This place is always good. Fresh and delicious. Consistent! Staff are of great service. I don’t know who the manager is but she/he does a very good job of running this place and picking the best team members. I’ve been coming here for couple years now.
Arrived at Taco Bell around 8pm and stood in line 35 minutes the car in front of me starts placing their order the lady comes on the intercom to say we are only serving Doordash and Uber eat customers, at 8pm your customers should've been taking care of. A waist of time and gas.

10:30pm on Sunday 1/21. Five cars in line. All of a sudden everyone that makes it to the speaker box immediately leaves. Knew I wasn't getting food but wanted to see what the deal was..."we're only fulfillling DoorDash orders"Hard no. I'll come here after midnight if the Orchard Lake location is closed but never gonna waste my time again earlier than that.

Can always rely on this Taco Bell to be open when it sqys it shoud be. Staff us always friendly and orders are right.
Every time the food is terrible. Today, I tried the 3 taco meal. The tacos are so thin as soon as you touch them the crack and fall apart. Last time, the food was just thrown in the bag and fell out of the wrappers and laying in the bottom of the bag.

This is near my mom's house, and sometimes she says she can't eat here. There is a guy cashier there with red hair and a purse, who is always eating behind the counter and licking his fingers and wiping his nose with his hands. It's just a tun off. She says that the music selection they play is vulgar. Also, the last time time she was in there, she waited an hour for her food. She says the workers need training and severely lack customer service skills, and the manager is no help because she is young herself.

I asked for a Breakfast Crunchwrap and a 6-pack of cinnamon delights(no drink). Taylor, the lady serving me was rude and arguing with me over the speaker and rang me in a Crunchwrap and a 2-pack of cinnamon delights, then without asking tacked on a round up charge of 18c to my total to donate. I was able to get my money back and order change but she stole my money without my knowledge and then gave attitude about giving me my 18c back. If she had asked I probably would have donated anyways but because she didn’t ask and just added it on anyways I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Please make sure you are checking your receipts and charges from this restaurant because they will steal your money without asking if your not paying attention

Me and my friends pulled up for some late night tacos and to our surprise we got greeted so warmly and made us girls feel so loved! She continued to be so sweet and helpful throughout the entire experience. Nina- thank you so much for spreading your beautiful smile.Sincerely,The three girls that order a lot of chicken melts.

Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells! Don't waste your time. The Manager AND staff are rude and ghetto and you may or may not get your food after waiting 40 minutes. Everybody that works the day shift here should be fired ASAP!!! Garbage staff!
