The lady at the checkin counter was rude and unhelpful. She’d disappear in the back room letting people stand there, wait and wonder if and when someone would come back out to help. The check in process was needlessly made more complicated and stressful than needed. The carpet in the room had paint splotches all over, and the room had a heavy paint smell. My husband and I booked a king bed room 2 months in advance for the auto show. We arrived there and went to check in to find out that our room we booked had been given to someone else and they offered us another room. They proceeded to tell us the room had a pull down twin size bed and could show us the room. Nick walked us to the room and when we walked in it wasn’t even a bedroom. The restaurant is very fancy and the food is delicious. But terrible service , I don't mean to be picky or impatient but I've been waiting for my food over a hour, not just that it's basically empty and there's plenty of workers. When my food arrived I asked for bread rolls and butter and it took them 30 minutes to give it to me, not only that when my mother asked for ONE straw they took over 30 minutes.
