Everything about our visit was amazing. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was simply gorgeous. It all came together for a perfect dining experience that we’ll definitely remember.

Food was great. The service was awful. It was a Monday evening. Not too busy. Waited at the host stand while the server was having a conversation for awhile before getting sat. No one greeted us. Many servers walked by and never helped us out. Finally I asked if we had a server and were helped. The server forgot our app and had to be asked to refill our drink. After our food arrived we were never checked on. The food was great tho. The zip tips and Brussels were awesome.

Sabra and Felix were our servers. We ordered room service and it was delivered quickly! Sabra was SO friendly as usual!

Very good dinner meal at Tango’s at the Westin in Southfield, MI. The food ( salads, shrimp fettuccine, and cheesecake) was just what we needed after a day of touring.
Our server Sabra did an excellent job . . . all selections came out as ordered and at the same time. She kept checking with us to make sure things were good, but yet didn’t overdo.

Had breakfast here while staying in the hotel. The 1 star is for the service. The waiter was nice enough. The rest deserves negative stars. Waited 45 minutes to get food and it came out cold. Hashbrowns undercooked and eggs clearly out of some disgusting bag mixture, seemingly microwaved. You couldn’t pay me to eat here. Instead, I paid more than $20 for my meal. Some racket they are running here. Please don’t eat here if you can avoid it.

Solid comfort food, good variety on the menu and a bit expensive given they cater to the hotel staying crowd. Very professional service, Kind and attentive team at the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Can’t really go wrong but do not expect surprises.

Had a business meal here and it was fantastic. Sabra, our waitress, was charming and attentive. Food was excellent. Highly recommend, especially if you’re staying at the Westin.

A couple of servers seem to be holding together everything, but otherwise the service sucked. The food was bad. Wait time was high. Menu options were weird.

Sabra was fantastic! Brought fun and energy to our dinner service on a Sunday night!!! Send her to Hawaii!?

We had a very easy dining experience here today after a few hectic days in Michigan. Waitress Sabra was very informative and accommodating, enabling to fully enjoy the food and slow down. Food was excellent all 3 times we visited during this trip. Breakfast buffet and ala carte.

Had breakfast here. Paid $20 for it, it was by far the worst breakfast in any hotel by a large margin. And I mean compared to the free breakfast that most hotels have - it managed to beat that.

Service was equally poor. The guy making eggs was irritable; server seemed like he was getting well below minimum wage.

Find a different place to eat.

Absolutely terrible. Had a Greek salad with chicken breast. The chicken was disgusting; dry, dark color and inedible. I couldn’t find the waitress to even tell her about it. Absolutely appalling. By the way Greek Salad is served with pita bread not dinner rolls.

Our waitress was sweet and attentive, but the food was absolute hot dog water. Genuinely seemed like they froze food a week ago and reheated it. Beef over cooked. Chicken breast meal looked like they reheated the meal and topped it off with fresh puke. Fried pickles were fire tho so just get pickles and a drink and you will leave happy.
Manager only tried to give us a free dessert and seemed unhappy when we didn’t accept. He waived the puke meal and we left.
