Solid comfort food, good variety on the menu and a bit expensive given they cater to the hotel staying crowd. Very professional service, Kind and attentive team at the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Can’t really go wrong but do not expect surprises.
We had a very easy dining experience here today after a few hectic days in Michigan. Waitress Sabra was very informative and accommodating, enabling to fully enjoy the food and slow down. Food was excellent all 3 times we visited during this trip. Breakfast buffet and ala carte.
After a long day of "touring".... from Bay City to Frankenmuth to Bronners Christmas Extravaganza to Westin Southfield.... Sabra was a welcome relief. She was genuine and kind and went above and beyond with our drinks. We told her we were going to share the Black Cherry Old Fashioned.... and she split the drink into 2 glasses! No other place I've been to does that.... but Sabra made it happen.
