The young man who was working today gave excellent customer service. One of my pet peeves is when someone doesn't greet you kindly or give you an expected wait time if they know there's going to be a longer than usual wait.
I was pleasantly surprised. He greeted me so kindly, let me know hes just finishing an order and will be right with me. Then after taking my order he told me the expected wait time.
He was pleasant and asked if I want my dressing mixed in or on the side.
These little details seem insignificant but truly make a difference and are so appreciated by customers. I didn't catch his name, but hes doing a wonderful job.

Taza is a family favorite for my group of 6. We love everything we’ve ever gotten. My husband and I usually share the taza fries and spicy schwarma. It’s always delicious. We’ve also tried the bowls, steak sandwich, hummus - all great. We usually order online and it’s always ready when we get there. The ladies inside are kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend.
