My friends and I had breakfast which is hard to mess up. Besides from forgotten syrup, it was good. Service was so so and it wasn't busy.Lot colder than older ones and not easy to notice from Telegraph. Has parking lot.

They didn’t have any lettuce failed to tell me… The kids did not like their food pancakes had a lose burnt look to them… very empty and slow for such poor service.. & I loved Big Boys when I was kid this was not the best experience

Really good service with even better food. Big Boy on a Friday night was the tradition growing up, and there's something to be said about the food tasting the same after all this time. I honestly hate this saying, but it's very apt: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's a newer, modern style building, but the menu is the same. Comfort food. Bam.

This was my first experience dining at a Big Boy's restaurant, and both the chicken sandwich and regular burgers were fantastic. The iced tea had a real flavorful taste, and the fries were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Took my lady here after church. We were the only ones here, which was my favorite part. The food was nice and hot. The presentation was great. The service was excellent. Our server, Shannon, was a sweetheart. I had the hot cakes while she had a salad. They were very accommodating when we switched our orders. You all are great Big Boy on Telegraph

If I can give a zero I would.I don’t usually write reviews and this is the first time trying this place. I got a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and Coleslaw and had to write this review.The chicken was unevenly overcooked. I don’t even know how if it’s getting deep fried. The piece in the picture is the part that I literarily could not chew because of how overcooked it was.Coleslaw smells and tastes like it’s been made days before and almost going bad. It’s not edible.

Never again food not good. We were the only ones in there and was served cold coffee. The waitress disappeared. My big boy was bone cold and instead of getting a fresh one was so disappointing that I just asked for it to b nuked. Unattentive.. lousy food. What else can I say.. Noone seems to care....I will spend my money elsewhere..

Syrenity is great, had her wait on me 2 days in a row. Always friendly with a smile. Oh and I also had a Milk shake to go, that was a 5 star.Parking: parked up front

What an absolute EPIC FAIL! This location is a 3rd party for Nathan's Hotdogs. Our family is from NY and was excited to taste a little bit of home. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash since that's the only way it can be done. When we went to pick it up, we were told no one saw that an order came in, but they would make it and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After waiting they said they couldn't fulfill the order because they had no hot dog buns or sauerkraut. A manager wasn't there so they didn't know what to do. Then they couldn't refund the $52.41and I had to contact DoorDash to request a refund that won't be processed for 5-7 days! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
