When you dine out, your really paying for the experience because let's be real, we can cook like this at home. we waited about 20 mins for seating and over an hour to get our food. The restroom stalls had feces smeared all over the walls and my daughter's chicken to her Alfredo came well after she ate her Alfredo. Then to top it off, I payed the bill and the waitress tried to make us wait longer for a cheesecake to go. I had to pull the hostess aside to get it for me. I did tip anyway. I don't think that location will last too much longer. Never again. Imma just make my cuisines at home.

Came here to eat dinner with my 3 kids, one whom is a 2 year old. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes, and ended up waiting 40 minutes to be sat. I waited another 20 minutes before we got drinks, and another 40 minutes before our food came to the table. I got no apology, no rectification, or anything for the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

As far as carryout goes, this location is quite decent. We've been a few times and our order was perfect; I'm glad they're here, as Southfield could still use places like Friday's.
We've gotten apps, entrees, salads, etc. and we had no complaints. The portion size of Cajun shrimp pasta is huge, so that's definitely appreciated. My Million Dollar Cobb was pretty huge as well. Fresh ingredients, good dressing, happy me. The potato skins were freshly fried and delicious. We will probably continue to get carryout here often. Thank you to the cooking staff and management for holding it down here.

I ordered ribs and shrimp from tgif this resturant I can't believe they sent me out some old looking ribs and tasting old like they been sitting around for weeks I know old ribs when I taste them the shrimp taste like card board.

We planned a hockey team lunch, made reservations well in advance and confirmed exact numbers before arriving. When we arrived they had 1 server for our entire group. It took 45-1hr to get kids meals out and FIRST round of drinks delivered. When we asked why the delay it was total denial and said everything was fine that they just needed to put orders in a few at a time so kitchen isn’t overwhelmed. Many of us paid and left and adults ordered take out on way back to hotel. Those that stayed said some of their meals were not eatable (ribs overcooked) and apparently the washrooms were filthy. I do not recommend this location for groups at all, was the worst restaurant experience we’ve had as a team and zero apologies from the manager, not even sure if there was one there.

This place is awful. I don’t even know how they conduct the business on a day-to-day basis. I came with a group of friends there yesterday and their service was extremely slow. Some of my friends were ready to go home by the time their food came so they had to rush and pack up the food. Second of all, they Didn’t even bring us drinks before the food. This place is awful and I hope that when the state come for inspections that they will be closed and out of business forever.
